Good for building knowledge on the products
What do you like best about the product?
All the task which is assigned to us will be able to see in one go which is completed and which is not, mindtickle can be use via mobile app which is very nice because times we are not able to access laptop to check the assign project and task
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo task which is assigned to us can not be able to give it on mobile app which i think is very important because we as a sales team are busy in travelling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization will assign some product related tutorial on mindtickle so that we can get the proper knowledge about the product, we can access same task many a times which is good.

I like the gamification aspect, earning points and chess figures for the learning progress, what's also good is the ease and speed of searching learning modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of clear sequence and relationships between training modules within a course/series. Although training courses within a series can be grouped, when there are a lot of courses, it can be unclear which courses should be taken first, which next.

onboarding of new hires, periodic (e.g. quarterly) updates in knowledge around specific areas like products, processes. Submitting recordings from scheduled meetings as curated e-learning content.
