Video's and recorded session which gives more clarity in concept

Upgrading on things whichever I felt bad on Sales there is always a solution
Good LMS, but could use several enhancements and functionality. Customer Service is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is top-notch, I always receive very helpful, effective and efficient support when on the Support Chat. They are friendly and very helpful, even if I don't always get the answer that I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a System Admin, not having the ability to impersonate a user is a hindrance when trying to troubleshoot an issue. Also, not having the ability to merge accounts if the NEW account already has a 'K' Score. Several enhancements are needed for functionality.

It's not really solving any problems per se, but it does have good options for reports

The interface and the simplicity..All the options and the app interface is so good. The most important thing is it stores all my important informations related to my products.

Nothing special. There's nothing to dislike. Because of too much pending works sometimes it is difficult for me fond out my mist essential works and that's the issue but I can find it through the notification pannel

NO Sales Readiness Platform Can Come Closer!!
What do you like best about the product?
The Readiness Index and visualization of data. the engagement level is very efficient. the UI is very intuitive and friendly user. you can navigate the content easily. all diffeent types of visual reports are availableto different levels of roles. our sales rep love the system ,and they are using it constently to build their skills.

Closing the skill gaps with our sales counselors, and coaching our counselors have led to increase in production and knowledge, which resulted in increase in ROI. mindtickle has become a part of our sales strategy and vision. we have expereicne a fast growth in our sales department. content authoring is very easy and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of custom reporting options available to Admins. currently admin have not accessto slice and build the data to suit them, usingthe platform, but continious improvement is very proactive.

I recommend they have a clean data structure and hiararchy for smoother integration. The support team is excellent and will help during the integration process to go live and meet your deadline.

Mindtickle helps me to increase my knowledge by assigning a Modules that contains quality topics,topic on disease,topic on latest scientific research etc & also gives you assessment that will assess you,how much you understand.mindtickle is a easy way to understand & gain the knowledge

Nothing will be a dislike portion in the mindtickle application but I will suggest one thing that is mindtickle should be load in within minutes because sometimes mindtickle application will work slowly

In a mindtickle application my organization pmt person assigned a topic or module or scientific data to me or my colleague & also gives assessment on the same topic or module or scientific data that shows how much we gain from the topic or module or scientific data
