What do you like best about the product?
Great for managing course material. I love having the ability to flip between the required courses as well as the whole library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a progress based scoring component for videos. That in itself is a great feature, however if for some reason your pages refreshed or you navigate away, there's no clear way to start where you left off. Some kind of indicator in the video progress bar would be beneficial.

Mindtickle helps to maintain visibility and accountability of training materials.

I am only a user, but it is a great platform from the user side.

I wish it wouldn't lump me in with the entire group and keep it just to our territory

I have noticed that agents forget they have to redirect to mind tickle, it would be nice if it would load directly

All is good but you can create more easy to how to learn and how to take exam and you improve your searching process fast and that is only not showing data but every time I have been logged out but this is not good

I love the organization of all the materials and that all content is very easy to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that there was a drop-down option to access the modules within each category.

Mindtickle really helps me to stay abreast of new and relevant data and/or initiatives within my organization. These are all things that I probably wouldn't otherwise spend time on.
