Best learning tool

What do you like best about the product?
Mind tickle provides easy access for searching the content offered on the website. The tool provides by Mind tickle is user-friendly. Each session appears separately. It makes us access very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle is user-friendly, but we are facing the pdf files loading slowly while reading the modules. Sometimes the webpage hangs while pressing the backward option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I clear my search history in settings and delete cache data. And changing web browser and search in some other search engine to view the website. Now the problem is solved.

Suggest learning in Mindtickle.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user experience for admins and learners. Mobile app is excellent - managers love that they can review from anywhere. I also love that call AI is built into virtual coaching!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Mindtickle. If I had to choose something, it would be that because it is SO robust, the implementation time and initial content building takes a while. However, I think it's worth it to have a complete, effective solution for the long haul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has helped us shorten time to ramp and drastically improve the onboarding experience. We also have much better insights into the performance and growth opportunities of both new and existing reps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at 8 enablement vendors and are so glad we went with Mindtickle. Could not be happier. Customer support is also truly outstanding. Every question or issue I've had is answered and/or resolved within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Enable.us is easy to set up and use, yet the business impact is huge. It streamlines your sales cycle while also making your sales team look really polished. Prospects are always impressed when invited to a Deal Room and appreciative of the organization. Enable.us is versatile too - one can leverage it for closing new business, maintaining existing clients, onboarding internal hires, and fostering better communication and aggregation of important info with your partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better way to organize and present different info /documents in a Deal Room. Instead of a laundry list of everything, have a related list on the side where one can double click into different sections to see details relevant to marketing collateral, sales collateral, pricing, proposal/contracts, case studies, success stories, and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable.us makes us stand out from other partners and offers our prospects, clients, and partners improved organization, communication, and collaboration. We're simplifying and centralizing the transference of essential documents and updates. We're seeing an uptick in engagement and streamlined sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly and allows our Sales team to easily share important content with our prospects. The Enable.us team is also very quick to respond to any questions and has some great leadership at the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note to dislike. As it is with any small startup, there is room for growth - but Enable.us does a phenomenal job at listening to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamlessly following up with prospects and sharing significant content with multiple stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy training and detailed review of all parts of sales in different nomenclature.

Admin access for user daily reports has inevitable downfalls, and glitches occur initially for drive.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall platform experience is simple to learn and intuitive for sales reps to find what they need. Our contact at enable.us is always helpful and supportive. They are also continually improving the product and have introduced enhancements I didn't know I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning could be improved, but it's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of ensuring sales has the latest version of our marketing collateral. We keep our demo recordings, training videos, persona documents, competitive battlecards, talk tracks, brochures, and one pagers in enable.us. The ability to search by tags and description has greatly improved the searchability in the system. I also show sales how easy it is to use the filter to really hone in on what they are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to navigate this platform! The overall experience provides a streamlined process - from the first content upload to the creation of a deal room, the process is easy to follow and fun to create. From the back end, the customization abilities are endless. On the front end, prospects are met with an organized, streamlined flow of content to read, watch and engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be honest - there isn't much to dislike about Enable.us. One aspect that could improve is the content uploading organization and strategy. I found there is quite a bit of duplication when tagging content to their appropriate categories, as this might make it harder to find a piece of content in the library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both the marketing and sales teams are solving organizational and functional problems with Enable.us. Our company currently uses Google Drive to house thousands of pieces of content. If you think about it, our current system isn't an excellent way to organize and find content. We switched to Enable.us after realizing they have a great platform and system for holding content that will be easy to find and put to great use!

What do you like best about the product?
Enable gives me good visibility into what content our sales team and prospects like and respond to. It makes us look professional, and our sales team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Enable is still working out the kinks and use cases for all applications of their product. Some of the insights and room designs need work, but they're open to feedback and make product updates frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're providing a more streamlined experience for our prospects and gaining good insights into how people engage with our content. It also provides visibility in our sales teams' performance and activity.
