What do you like best about the product?
Training aspects and platform are easier to learn and gives a perfect visualisation. Clears all the doubts and queries. Wonderful platform to connect on to learn and grow

There isnt anything specific to not like about the platform, its just a suggestion that it includes more questions to check the attention grabbed while learning

Mindtickle helps me know my product well and helps me to tackle my customers even more. Its gives me a wide range of content and knowledge to work more efficiently on field.

Nothing is there which I don't like. Yes I can say we are getting very few opportunities to solve the solution. If miss we don't get next chance for those assignments.

Sometimes software is getting hanged.

The least helpful thing is the filters on reports, unable to download reuports. consolidated reports can be more easy and informative. More reminders should be issued to agents for not completing assignments.
