What do you like best about the product?

Modern and secure Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) gateway that is easy to use and able to keep up with high volume environments. It can integrate with all modern methods of connectivity such as AS2/SFTP/HTTPs plus be customized for whatever your needs. The Axway team are also very knowledgeable about their products and provide top level support.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest challenge is the cost and the software comes with a premium price. We recently saw large increases in cost with this past year's renewal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecting our company to the thousands of manufacturers, suppliers and customers needed to conduct B2B transactions at scale.

What do you like best about the product?

The best part of Axway B2B Integration is its stability and flexibility. It handles large transaction volumes efficiently, support multiple protocols, and makes partner onboarding smoother. The visibility into data flows and error tracking is also very helpfull for mantaining operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform works well overall, but the user interface and documentation could be improved to make it more intuitive and easier for new users to navigate and troubleshoot.

Axway addresses the challenge of complex partner connectivity and data exchange by unifying EDI, APIs, and other intergration methods into one solution.

The platform is designed as an open, autonomous system for governing APIs across various systems, including hybrid and third-party environments. It provides an integration solution and strong IT infrastructure.

I can’t really say there’s anything I dislike, but the B2B BI logs could be more effective, with a better dashboard and metrics tailored to our requirements. Other than that, it’s been a good product and we’re happy with it.

It’s really relatable and reliable, and it offers the best support—especially in terms of how responsive they are.

What do you like best about the product?

I truly value Axway B2B Integration for its strong data encryption features, which keep our information secure and shielded from potential breaches. The software’s reliability and resilience are impressive, consistently delivering stable performance that helps minimize any interruptions to our business activities. I also find the configuration process to be very user-friendly, allowing us to set up and deploy the software quickly without facing significant technical challenges. Furthermore, the Managed File Transfer (MFT) capabilities are essential to our operations, particularly in ensuring our data is PGP encrypted for an added layer of protection. The smooth integration with other tools such as SailPoint and SAP CPI further streamlines our workflow, creating a unified environment that supports our various business processes efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve for this product is quite steep, which made it challenging to get started. I also found the error handling to be complex and not very intuitive. We encountered performance issues when trying to merge multiple files into a single file and transfer it downstream using MFT. After consulting with a senior consultant, we were informed that this functionality is not possible, which was disappointing.

I rely on Axway B2B Integration to securely connect downstream systems, taking advantage of its data encryption features to safeguard against breaches. Its reliability and resilience have also been valuable benefits in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?

Overall, my experience with Axway B2B Integration has been very positive. The platform is quite easy to use once you get familiar with it, and the implementation process was smoother than expected for a B2B/EDI tool of this scale. I especially appreciate how well it integrates with other systems most of the connections and partner setups work seamlessly without heavy custom effort.

Customer support has also been reliable and responsive whenever we needed help. We use the platform frequently, and the broad set of features especially around protocols, partner management, and message tracking makes day-to-day operations much easier..

In short, Axway offers a strong combination of usability, solid integration capabilities, and dependable support, which has made it a valuable part of our B2B workflow
