Excellent, need some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The experience has stayed the same because the things I liked before are still true and reliable. It is still just as easy to integrate new systems and partners. The documentation remains clear and easy to follow, which helps a lot. Because of this consistency, we continue to reduce development costs and save time, which is a big benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be more modern, and it would be helpful if the error reporting and logs were more clear to make troubleshooting easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's help us manage and monitor our API's
Axway B2B Integration is lacking in essential standard EDI functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is straight forward and simple to use, allowing for quick implementation of new trading partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trading Partner administration is lacking. Users should be able to look up a trading partner and see all associated EDI transaction sets that are traded with this partner. This ability should be standard and built into the existing Partners listing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have currently engaged Axway to assist in the implementation of a cXML standard with a few of our newer trading partners. Axway B2Bi has the ability to map from the cXML standard to an SAP Idoc format.
Generally a strong and stable product with a slight barrier to entry for newcomers
What do you like best about the product?
We've offloaded Security algorithms, scalability concerns and dynamic behavior so that a single resource may perform the tasks for a whole company.
What do you dislike about the product?
B2Bi is, by necessity a bit of a Frankenstein monster and there are some pain-points associated with a piece-meal design philosophy. It's a rather stiff and cumbersome for development and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
B2Bi serves our primary usecase rather well. We would expand the usecase if connector dev and api consumption were more usable.
Great product, very versatile and fast in execution.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and flexibility in implementing advanced integrations. Excellent logging capabilities with superb visibility of all details. Great array of connectors and message format support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mix of products is not 100% seamless when you configure the systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used as a generic EDI/B2B system handling electronic invoices, orders, custom declarations and all sorts of files handled between external and internal systems.

Stability, performance, server and client user interfaces, reliability, and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is good but doesn't cover 100% of everything. Searches online or in PDFs can be difficult. I often need to go to the support group for help.

Upgrades and updates. Speed and performance. Map development. Partner communications. Database connectivity.

application is easy to handle able to reprocess failures and we can easily identify whether the reciept is received or not and also we can test the partner connections

It is a reliable and easy-to-use application. Options for EDI and integration are almost limitless.

Web UI can be a little slow sometimes when performing search operations.

So far, anything that is related to EDI integration can be handled by Axway B2B Integration.
