I find it tidy, efficient, easy to use, and it's always updating, which is very helpful. The system's infrastructure is neat, tidy, and modern, and is easy on the eye. It's a great platform for both small startup companies and those that have been running for a few years. The staff are very positive and assertive, making the overall experience even better. Unified Asset Management with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud keeps everything in one place, including its own SSO and MFA solutions, making asset management and tracking customer devices seamless. The user interface is very easy to use, which I appreciate. JumpCloud always seems ahead of the scale, looking to improve and taking feedback very well. If there's something we need to add or fix, it's usually addressed promptly within the next couple of days. Their customer support is amazing as well. Additionally, using JumpCloud to manage and push out CrowdStrike was very helpful, with the setup information being great and rollout seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes JumpCloud seems to be behind on a couple of things. They got the asset management piece down, but it was a little late. Also, a lot of applications aren't integrated with JumpCloud, like certain things using SCIM, which could provide some challenges. Setting up applications in tools like Jamf, Kanji, or Mozo is a bit easier and more user-friendly. I'd like to see JumpCloud improve in that area.
