What do you dislike about the product?
For the Apple ecosystem, there are few applications in the catalog, and although it is possible to add your own .pkg, it requires creating the bundles with a certificate validated by Apple... It's a shame, it would have been great to have a service allowing the submission of an application to obtain a .pkg.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can manage our IT requirements. For example, device suspension, erasure and USB blocking are some of the outstanding things that we truly appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the way it autobills as soon as it picks an email id from our Google workspace directory. There should be an option to enroll the id and then bill. This resulted in us getting billed 4 times and currently the issue is being resolved

Jumpcloud is helping us solve the data security with respect to physical device security. We are in data business and handle a lot of confidential client related info and PII. Securing our employee devices is not only important but is crucial to be ISO, SOC-2, GDPR and HIPAA compliant and Jumpcloud is helping us here extensively.

There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding the tool, the platform, and its use cases, and it can take some time to really see how everything fits together. But after you’ve spent some time exploring and getting comfortable with the workflows, it starts to feel a lot more intuitive and easy to use.

A Reliable Platform for Centralized Access and Infrastructure Management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a cornerstone of our IT environment. Its strength lies in device management under a single platform, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools. The result is a consistent and efficient approach to access control across our entire infrastructure.

Jumpcloud: An Admin review.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to implement and able to manage all major operating systems like macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux. It also includes features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Device Management (MDM), Conditional Access policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO) across SaaS applications. As an admin, it’s easy to manage, and the new asset management feature is a great addition
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier, as an admin, we were able to migrate a user profile from one machine to another. Recently, however, we have not been able to migrate it. On the other hand, it is a good security feature that prevents users from migrating data from one system to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an admin, it helps me manage most SaaS applications, users, and devices centrally. It also enables MFA and, most importantly, provides better visibility and centralized access control, as well as the radius feature.
