Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it integrates everything - makes it super easy from employee perspective.

We are a global org - so it helps from remote perspective in terms of tech setup.

Awesome Remote Management
What do you like best about the product?
I can take the remote of any of the Online device by sitting on any of the Remote Location. Its simple to use and have multiple method to take the remote like Silent Assist, User Consent etc. It saves the cost of License of other remote taking apps and easy to Implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Silent remote assist it prompts end user a window which end users know that the device is under remote control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote taking from any of the remote Location without paying any additional fees for Remote License.
good for sso but not great for server management
What do you like best about the product?
sso capabilities are good. number of apps for integration
What do you dislike about the product?
server management and security patches capabilities for ubuntu are not present. more drilled down rbac is missing

single sign on is helping the IT team manage user access in one shot

Patch management is not upto the mark, it is not fully organised.

I haven't worked long enough to dislike a specific feature. But so far it seems like Jumpcloud is working well enough for us.

JumpCloud meets our need for simple cloud directory services without paying for extra features included in other competitors' full suites.

Its ease of use and versatility, I help my company have a better distributed directory
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some configurations that jumpcloud did not allow us and we had to resort to creating our own integrations using python and the jumpcloud API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us build a better organized directory as it became our main orchestrator allowing us to connect Google Workspaces and Microsoft Azure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like your interactive modules where the user can experience the UI in real life examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the idea becoming too integrated as an SSO offering. What happens if a company leaves JumpCloud?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is adding to our product offering. JumpCloud has a suite of solutions that we are able to resell.
Great product to start and grow with
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has provided us many features that have allowed us to start out as a smaller organization and grow to our current size with minor changes and effects to the way we manage devices. The features like remote assist and the hosting of a radius server has been pivotal in our ability to function throughout the pandemic and currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure did change recently and as a result we had to go more a la carte with our features and plan in order to get what we wanted for a price we felt was reasonable. Some features that are offered in the plan we would have been opted into were not things we would use or need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is allowing us to easily manage our users and the devices that they have access to. It has also provided us remote assist capabilities that have been vastly helpful in remote work situations.
MDM made simple
What do you like best about the product?
After using a few different MDM platforms, JumpCloud is head a shoulders above the rest. It's ease of use and powerful, intuitive feature sets makes using JumpCloud a blast. Out internal IT team is much more efficent utilizing JumpCloud to manage our IT needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements could be made on the MAC side - the admin account can unsync/force password update, if the admin account hasn't logged into the MAC for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO to applications is huge for our user base and remote management of computers streamlines support.
