What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has the ability to manage the access for the softwares used across the organization. It is easy to use,implement and has a good customer support whenever necessary. It can easily be integrated with softwares like SAP which helps in operating in the current hybrid type working environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is smooth and does not have any drawbacks as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current hybrid work culture, it is quite difficult to restrict the access to unidentified users and this software helps in a clean way to avoid any issues faced.

remote control of device i didnt like it, maybe it need some improvement

One benefit i like is SSO, I dont have to remeber multiple password

As a team we feel very comfortable to work with this tool. Its easy to use, easy to integrate...
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor improvements that are needed to be done. Often happens that connecting to devices remotely we get errors...Also when adding new devices, it takes some time for the agent to make the needed change to the device....like pass sync, account creation etc

I use JC daily on managing several IT tasks, from device management to policy management etc

What do you like best about the product?
the simply and fantastic procedure to install the client to every driver and the use the same logon, just in few clicks. The easy step and the powerfull report make the IT job much easy and fast

nothing, all works well and i dont have see nothing negative

What do you like best about the product?
I like the environment of Jumpcloud where it gives a centralized space for connection of devices and other resouces which is easy to use. I was able to easily integrate Jumpcloud with the other applications that are used in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my expirience with Jumpcloud is great but still initially, it can be a bit complex to navigate or implemented by someone who is not from technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in solving the problems like secured remote access by everyone and controlling the accessing while limiting it to only use by the employees of the company, which makes it easier to secure the data sent over applications like email.

The issue of being able to set up multiple accounts on it and the security it provides for devices (MDM)
What do you dislike about the product?
The points I identified may perhaps be internal failures and not of JumpCloud itself.

Before, we used AD and for everything, the person had to access via SSO. Today, we don't need it anymore.

Password criteria, I find it somewhat weak and confusing

Good User management is good and it is easy to create policy and the device gets updated on time and there are many other features which we liked a lot, that's why we like it.

no dislikeAccording to me it is not a delicacy, it is only beneficial, there are some things which will get fixed after the update, it is very good now

All the Device Logs and security in a single console which also allows me for MDM and also SSO, Device Insights

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Feature like Locking, restarting, Shutdown and Erase option through the console also helps in securing the laptop at the time of theft or abscond employees. This allows us to keep the data safe.
