What do you like best about the product?
I deeply liked the services they provide, full customer support and multilingual support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I disliked about jumpcloud is, I'm not fully satisfied with their UI/UX slow loading and few errors while browsing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had some issues with logging in and dealing with policies, but they`ve been helpful overall. What I like most is how it integrates with Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like JumpCloud is a game changer platform and how smoothly manage various device like android ios windows ubuntu, and linux. Also we are very thankful for its support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about this web application's device management is the occasional lag in real time updates. Otherwise overall great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This web application solving the challange of managing multiple devices. I can easily superviseand secure our entire fleet of windows, mac, linux, android and ubuntu.

What do you like best about the product?
It's password policy for device is smooth to work and user managemnet and devcie management interface is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. There is nothing to dislike this platform. Easy to use.

when we using jumpcloud it can manage device and applied password Policy for security and as well as count device. Script through command work easily.

Terrible User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the worst platforms I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes multiple hours to sync your JumpCloud password with your laptop password after changing it and vice versa, leading to 3-4 hour windows where you cannot use any SSO apps. This is the worst and least secure SSO provider I have ever used in my life. How can you not have instantaneous password syncing???
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a massive headache as a new employee onboarding with Jumpcloud.
JumpCloud - an all in one platform solution
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud provides multiple services (e.g. User Management, SSO, Device Management) across different packages which allow teams to pick and choose what services they need. It is a wonderful all-in-one solution and I find myself lacking very few features.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Management is limited to just creating accounts, and I wish it went a bit farther (e.g. putting users into groups, assigning titles).
For "User Management," a user's manager has to be filled in manually, which is an extremely difficult task, and this field can not be exported to partner vendors (google) which is extremely detrimental for some teams (my team in particular has a lot of workflows in google that work based on a user's manager,) which we now have to fill with something other than JumpCloud.
Android device management is severely lacking, especially compared to other vendors (SOTI)

JumpCloud allowed us to merge our device management platforms into one suite (Jamf Pro and Kaseya), and has allowed us to start using SSO

Occasional sync issues between directory and client devices.
Passwords sometimes fail to sync, causing user login problems.

JumpCloud allows you to easily set up directory access for remote users. JumpCloud made a usually complicated process simple. That makes it easy to recommend. We needed to set up a Radius Server for remote authentication and authorizations.easily managed MDM device

JumpCloud’s SSO feature provides a streamlined login experience, enabling us to access all necessary apps with one secure credential.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is generally user-friendly, understanding and implementing some advanced features required extra effort. However, the online resources and guides were quite useful.

JumpCloud has centralized our authentication process, reducing the complexity of managing multiple logins. This has improved our security posture and significantly decreased the time spent on password-related issues, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Single Sign on features provide us to flexibility to Login to any of the App which is integrated with Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
We will unable to add Apps which does not supports SAML 2.0

It solves me to not to learn the Multiple Passwords of Applications. All depends on Jumpcloud.
