Good not Great
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is easy to use and provides great instructions and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more built-in granular control of not only devices but integrated services settings

Very useful for managing laptops with SSO
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well JumpCloud integrates with Otta. We use it to sync all user accounts and deploy the JumpCloud agent on all our devices. Then, to assign a device, all we have to do is bind the device to the user, and the local account is made automatically and will sync the windows password with the user's okta password. Very useful and saves us a lot of time during equipment setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, the UI is easy to use, and JC is a very powerful tool. It can be somewhat challenging to get scripts and program setup configurations done exactly right to automate deploying new machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JC is massively simplifying the new device setup process for us and enables us to sync our SSO passwords and policies to the local password on each employee's device

the tool has potencial for internal integrations, a post command would be great

Premium Support also is not technical deeper in troubleshooting

What do you like best about the product?
The unification of everything to one portal. You can manage all laptops and users/ new hires from the same portal. It has also become easy for end users to find all of their apps in one unified page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud's biggest advantage is also somewhat of a disadvantage. When an account goes wrong or someone gets accidentally deleted, EVERYTHING goes away and we need to re-create. Not really jumpclouds fault but something to just keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple apps all over the place. Jumpcloud helps for users to get it deployed all in one page. Easy for them to find and for us to deploy from the back-end

small bugs, update modals are popping up to often even if I delay for 1 day

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps me manage my users and most applications in one place. My on/offboardings has become easy rather than a chore. Overall JumpCloud is my most recommended app for every business owner.
Good solution for SSO and MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward to use for enabling SSO across the organization and performing MDM tasks such as patch management and conditional access policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since certain features are quite new they can behave slightly unexpected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User (conditional) access, device management and patch management. Using these features enhances our overall security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about jump cloud is being able to manage multiple services simultaneously on one portal. I like how simple and straight forwards it is to use; anybody can quickly learn this software and become efficient at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked about Jump Cloud was that on the Software management side, you have to get packages from Chocolately and Chocolately doesn't really have much packages out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that JumpCloud solves for me is creating users and linking them to different directories. This saves me a lot of time because I don't have to create users on the other Directories.

What do you like best about the product?
SCIM feature with couple of apps. Provisioning and deprovisioning made easy ! It saved me a lot of time with manual provisioning plus the community portal has a lot of great automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated SSO documents with a couple of partners e.g Knowbe4. Steps were really not working so had to get help from both parties to complete a very simple integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity sprawl first and foremost. I joined our org without Jumpcloud yet so had to save all passwords in a password protect tool now things are getting better with JC in place.
Powerful MDM and Password Manager Tool
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has been an essential tool for our IT team to consistently provide quality employee support by better managing our devices. This consistency is a must for any IT team in a fully remote work environment. The recent release of a dedicated password manager is huge plus for our organization as passwords are now more secure and organized than they were previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM for Mac devices has caused issues in the past. This is mostly relating to having an invalid service token for the admin account when the OS was originally installed, forcing a reinstall the entire OS to get JumpCloud properly configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has solved the most significant problem newly fully remote companies experience: MDM. Being able to properly manage and configure policies for Mac, Windows and Linux devices has improved the overall security of the organization.
