excellent experience and a unified solution that enables us to combine user management requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The JumpCloud access management Technology centralizes our user administration for almost all of our organization's resources using a single set of credentials, allowing them to access resources swiftly and safely. JumpCloud, unlike traditional access management systems, uses cloud infrastructure to provide us total control over our user base from anywhere in the globe. It performs an excellent job, and everything goes smoothly. All we have to do now is unwind, and this instrument will handle the rest."
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud servers fall down time to time during the workday, creating severe interruption to our working environment and limiting access to our resources. Directory Insights is a valuable tool for me, and I'm expecting that in future updates, JumpCloud will improve the functionality and deliver something more solid, which is exactly what I need to do my job more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability of Jump Cloud to synchronize with G-Suite streamlines account creation and allows us to keep track of the devices customers are using without the need for additional software or a manual list.

The main attractive feature of jumpcloud is its cloud storage functionality. and also the security they provide for their product. They also provides free plan to get started with, which is a plus that we can test it before making a premium plan.

It will be great if the UI become more user friendly.

Used to manage remote work and make more efficient and productive work.

It's a great option to work in cloud environment, it has some great features and it's easy to setup.

I believe the whole Setup is pretty great and intuitive. It is a well balanced software which performs extremely well as an automated server management tool.
I would prefer to ensure that the software lags are corrected so that it opens pretty fast.

In the organisation where it provides flexible cloud directory platform.
The ease with which we can manage different users, user access, usage and security on windows, Mac, Linux etc. And the state of the art SSO.

SAML SSO Error Messages.

it has been easy to migrate email, productivity software, and file storage to the cloud, and now many organizations are looking for a cloud directory service to centralize authentication and authorization to these modern IT resources.

When there's an OS update for MacOs, there's always an issue which we can not find the solution or documentation for it.
