What do you like best about the product?
Integration with several SaaS using SSO feature. Allowing to use JumpCloud as one stop solution to manage IT infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideal for startups and small and medium-sized companies. For large infrastructures it can be an expensive solution to implement. Needs to improve remote support feature.

As a Startup company we started using free edition. Allowing us to implement security features based on the need for growth.

Currently, we are using SSO and IAM for access, but we are preparing to utilize the full range of its features.

When we facing issue with manage and control on devices we found jumpcloud it's manage and policy whatever according to need. And create users group and device group so easily applied policy.

All the apps in the same place and I do not have to remember different password for different app. Best feature is single log in.

It's very simple and very user friendly. I liked ID and device Management very easy. And the security policy deployment is very easy task here.

What I appreciate most about JumpCloud is how effortlessly it integrates with a wide range of systems and applications, which makes managing users so straightforward for our business. The platform’s flexibility and robust security features are truly impressive. Plus, the exceptional support team adds an extra layer of reassurance, giving us peace of mind while using the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is lacking a bit but they are sending links so this is not completely helpful and trial features are less .Jumpcloud is very expensive as compare to other softwares as it's difficult to implement .
I found that jumpcloud apple software is very buggy, broke hard during OS updates , and will push out updates to your clients without giving notice.

Jumpcloud interface is also very good as it is also providing multi-factor and passwordless authentication, API integration are also simple to implement for Mobile App development.
