What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate JumpCloud for its comprehensive Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform. It offers my clients a cloud-based directory service that integrates with Azure AD, allowing IT teams to manage systems, applications, networks, and more across various locations, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my clients have expressed concerns about JumpCloud's pricing model, which can be a bit higher compared to other solutions, especially for small businesses or startups operating on a tight budget. Additionally, while JumpCloud offers a wide range of features, some users may find the initial setup and configuration to be complex and time-consuming, particularly those who are less familiar with DaaS platforms.

JumpCloud is solving various IT management challenges by providing a comprehensive platform for device management, including corporate device management as part of its offering.

I recently got to log in to the Jumpcloud Password Manager tool. The tool works perfectly with the auto-login option; one advantage is that it can sync with multiple devices; if we lose one machine, we can also sync with others. The auto lock option is more secure,
We have enabled Multiple SSO applications; with the jump cloud portal, we can access multiple applications with IDP. it is more advantageous. The SSO supports a greater variety of application providers.

What do you dislike about the product?
jumpcloud has separate login portals for the administrator & users. In my case, I have access to both.so I have login two portals at a time as per my work

What do you like best about the product?
Best for user and assets management. Need to share the required ad reports to management and all required data at the same time. Easy to install the application. Realy time customer support to resolve the error and issue. we are using it on a daily basis. Ease to configure the SSO and multi-application.

JumpCloud provides the best user management interface. With JumpCloud, I have implemented a password policy and USB policy on the device.
