Excellent customer service and overall a great tool for device security for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it is so easy to deactivate a user and shut down access to their device when they leave the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to get a new user up and running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our device security issues by having JumpCloud installed on each device. It really is pretty simple to use once you get started.

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Jumpcloud as a cloud LDAP and it works seamlessly integrating with Okta and Gsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be our issue but we've found using Jumpcloud with Jamf has caused some secure token troubles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Jumpcloud as a cloud LDAP solution, to sync passwords between core services, and to manage access of servers and laptops.
Very positive with great support

An ever expanding suite of features, multiplatform support and great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of linux specific features and the some of the UI needs tweaking

So many, onbaoring users, access managemt etc

Jumpcloud is a very simple platform, so I can keep track of users and groups, even more so in a period of acquiring a certification such as ISO 27001
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Brazilian Portuguese version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have managed to standardize all the company's machines in the iso 27001 standard and I am aware of the irregularities to be able to correct it being more incisive.

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently evaluating Jumpcloud. One problem we have is the management of remote users and device access.
Jumpcloud can give us the ability to manage our users and access to our devices anywhere in the world.
Jumpcloud will allow us to enforce security policies and patching. Allowing us to stay compliant with contractual obligations.
Anyone who has ever created Radius authentication in a Microsoft environment would marvel and the ease of using Jumpcloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I would dislike. All of my current recommendations appear to be on the road map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a global presence creates issues with both user and device management.
Having an even mix of Apple and Windows computers adds even more complication to that management.
Jumpcloud's ability to manage cross-platform including our handful of Linux devices is an unquestionable benefit.

I really like using JumpCloud.
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is very easy to use and fairly intuitive. The macOS agent seems to be robust and performant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the console lags and you have to reload in order to manage resources properly. macOS application maintenance is also a weak point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our fleet of macOS devices as well as a user directory and SSO for our various vendor applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JumpCloud is great but it still has some rough edges. If you have a team that can help with onboarding (writing scripts, configuring SSO, etc.) then JC is great. If you are looking for a click-and-done solution you might do better looking elsewhere.

It did not work with internal radius and meraki

I wanted to use an internal Meraki and Radius server it didnt work
JumpCloud checked all the boxes for us!
What do you like best about the product?
CloudDirectory, MFA, Single Sign-On, Windows Device Management, Radius. As a majority macOS shop, we were able to check all of these off our list with JumpCloud at a fraction of the cost.

JumpCloud has been great so far, I don't have anything to say here.

Cloud Directory, MFA, Single Sign-On, Windows Device Management, and RADIUS.
Everything worked without any issues.

User account management was great compared to other account management services.

Lack of some reporting features at the time of Jumpcloud use.

Computer management and user account management on MAC without any issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great if you are new to using MDM.

Easy User experience, nothing painful about it. If you can breathe, you can use JumpCloud!

What's there to dislike about a simple Admin AND User interface?

Remote User App privileges. This in-itself is incredibly useful.
