Jumpcloud's SSO has helped us streamline access management
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is relatively easy to use as an identity provider, and integrates well with most 3rd party apps you'd expect to interact with in a professional environment. It was easy to setup, and I haven't experienced any outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Centralizing your auth to one app has security concerns, but so does managing user authentication across dozens of apps by hand. Ultimately we decided Jumpcloud was a better solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is allowing us to manage access to all of our apps in a central location without needing to interact with dozens of apps directly.
A fantastic platform form managing our devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get started, and the pricing makes it approachable for any size business
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part was connecting Apple and Jumpcloud, but I think that's an Apple thing, not a Jumpcloud thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud makes it easy to manage our employee devices, ensuring they're configuration is aligned with our internal company policies.
Easily configurable
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of creating profiles and add them to Mac devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui still looks cheap, I'd like you improve the ui to start looking fancier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily enroll and deploy apps and policies to Mac devices
Implementation like A, B, C
What do you like best about the product?
Robust product with an excellent UI, which made learning and implementing the product a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of RDP, but I use another program for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onbaording new employees
Incredibly easy to use and very reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows me to spent time on what matters, and let Jumpcloud deal with all the day-to-day admin work. It essentially saves me an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose some of the addon services can seem a bit immature and difficult to use as easily as the main service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governance and compliance. We got ISO certified in part thanks to the ease of use.
Identity and Device Management done right!
What do you like best about the product?
Having IdP and MDM in one platform is absolutely impossible to valuate.
It's a game changer.
It's a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the featureset/offering isn't super "mature" yet, but to be fair, there's not a comparable product to even evaluate it against. It does what it's designed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has allowed us to "wrangle" our global endpoint fleet alongside User Management/Authentication
A decent option for moving to the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is great for central logon management if you are looking for something more robust than entra ID or are a google shop. Also cloud LDAP and radius open up some nice options if you getting rid of your on prem AD servers and still want 802.1x wifi or a file server like Synology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expected Jumpcloud to be more of a replacement for group policy but policies for software deployments and security settings are clunky at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is a great option for me to recommend to my small business clients who are a good fit for a serverless environment.
JumpCloud MDM Review
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a great MDM because it supports the three major operating systems you will see in the workplace. I am using it daily to configure policy, manage devices and users, unlocking computers, and it is all very easy to do. I have used other MDM's and they are not as straightforward and seamless as JumpCloud is. Getting the JumpCloud agent running on devices is very easy and straight-forward. I have even been able to implement it in a silent install script and it works each time. They also have many great tools to integrate it with your existing infrastructure so that provisioning users is a breeze. When we do experience issues, their support is quick to help and find a solution. They are also coming out continually with useful features that make it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the commands portion could use some work on JumpCloud. I have made many scripts that work when ran locally but when ran on JumpCloud I experience errors and failures on Windows. Mac commands leave a little to be desired but that is mostly because of the nature of Mac and no real fault to JumpCloud, it would just to be cool to have some more command/scripting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud for our organization really helps streamline user and device management. It makes my job easier so that I can focus on other projects at hand.
JumpCloud at a SMB
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to consolidate all MDM functionalities into 1 platform rather than having separate tools for various OS's. I also love the quick support we get when an issue arises. Integrating with our existing tech stack and deploying new policies has also been a breeze. For context, we utilize the platform on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as flexible as a true AD platform. Smart groups are a big pain point, as well as it seems like a lot of functionality is still limited to the API only (i.e. reporting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provisioning, monitoring and administering a fleet of mobile devices throughout the world all under 1 umbrella.
Jumpcloud, SSO and ID management innovation at it’s finest
What do you like best about the product?
SSO, user and group management, click of a button solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Colour scheme, pricing does come across as harde for SME's and does take negotiation to close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single solution for SSO, user management, and especially device management.
