Great way to manage devices with a straight forward set up!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to make someone a Sudo admin! It's super convenient when you need to help someone make changes on the fly, and easy to remove as soon as they're done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes feels too easy to completely lock someone out of their device. This may have to do with the complexity of our setup, but it feels like it was definitely a risk for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud solves several problems, but we started by using it to help us establish a Mobile Device Management program. We'll be looking to enable Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On next, as well as using it to establish an Identity and Access Managment program!

JumpCloud is great for new companies who are just getting off of the ground.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is easy to use and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal is a little difficult to use. It can be difficult to find some things, especially if you have used other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO, Computer management, easy to grant user access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Admin interface can be more like the other competitors in this space.

We like the fast and simple integration for the deployment and management of our employees' accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found a flaw yet, maybe improve the appearance and menu theme more

We are solving the centralization of the administration of our servers and employees who must access them through ssh

The product is very easy to use. We have been using the product for many years now. And it has never disaapointed us.

Nothing. Simple Perfect. No lags. And redirection is great.

Integration a lot of products into one platform simply using a click. It's like window shopping, where you get everything in hand.

It's secure and centralizes logins for everyone in the company. It meets high security standards for content creators, which is crucial in our industry. A big thumbs up!

Nothing! It's easy to manage and gives us control over many functions.

Multi Platform AD without the headache
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can use JumpCloud authentication regardless of the location of the user or the system they are trying to access. It allows the use of many different platforms with a common authentication platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to completely understand all of the capabilities of the platform. When adding third-party services that need to have common authentication, can sometimes need support to do it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internally we are on a typical AD infrastructure. Our email is not associated with the AD tree. We also have a backup infrastructure for remote employees that is not AD aware. All of these systems now use one source for user authentication.

Get the free evaluation and make sure it fits your needs. Try with all of your authentication requirements both internal and external.
