A simplified platform for managing users identity in the cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is truly a game-changer solution for the IT industry to manage user accounts and device access with its cloud-based approach. After using JumpCloud, there is no need to worry about maintaining on-site servers or complex setups. Especially for me, It has been proven to be a super helpful platform for identity management, streamlining processes, and boosting security.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud is a solid platform, and I've found no major drawbacks so far. However, like in other powerful platforms, until you're not familiar with all of its features, It can be a little headache for you. I'd recommend everyone to spend some time exploring and learning - It will be worth it for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With JumpCloud device management is so simpler now whether people work from their homes or offices. It's like we have a room full of solutions to all our identity management issues.
Perfect MDM Solution of Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
MDM solution of Jumpcloud solves the concern to make action on Single Device. We can manage the bulk devices is single click. Its easy to implement/enroll devices in Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Panel of Jumpcloud sometime works slow, this cause delay in response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make the minor/major changes via Jumpcloud on Bulk devices in Single Click. Remote Support feature also adorable. No need to purchase the Additional License for Remote Apps.
Jumpcloud Radius Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Most useful feature is Jumpcloud Radius which makes our Authentication Secure. We are using the same on daily basis without any glitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not any dislike for Jumpcloud Radius. Its seemless authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud Radius solves our secure authentication method. Only that will be able to connect with Radius on which we provided the access to connect. Keeps your Network safe with Radius of Jumpcloud.

I love how easy it is to integrate various applications and services. The platform’s ability to handle complex configurations effortlessly is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users. More detailed guides and tutorials would be helpful.

Best ever MDM platform for me with all-in-one solutions
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about JumpCloud is that it makes managing devices really easy with its MDM tools. It also has a Password Manager that helps to keep passwords safe and lets you share them securely.
also the SSO feature lets users log in once and access everything they need, which makes things much simpler.
we can also deploy the software easily after the commissioning of the JumpCloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major dislikes about JumpCloud but the UI/UX design could be a bit more user-friendly with some tweaks and the Android MDM is a bit lacking, but improvine

JumpCloud solves our device management issues by providing MDM for Mac and Windows devices. It allows us to control and manage company-owned devices, offers remote support, push software updates, and ensure device security.

Simplified and Secure User Authentication with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage user authentication across various applications in one place is fantastic. It’s easy to use and has significantly improved our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes interface can be a bit confusing for new users.

JumpCloud simplifies user authentication, ensuring secure access to our applications and making it easier to manage user credentials.
Device Trust Policy
What do you like best about the product?
Device trust policy is the most effective Policy which makes the Jumpcloud Portal Secure. Without granting the trust from Admin Portal, no one access the Portal. Its a great feature ahead. Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its takes time to sync with the Device Trust Policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me to not monitor users to login on unmanaged devices. Device Trust Policy in the MDM is the most utmost feature for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of Single Sign-On, which allows us to access all our apps with one login. It’s incredibly user-friendly and boosts our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are minor issues with syncing credentials across all apps, and initial setup can be a bit complex for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud's SSO eliminates the need to remember multiple passwords, streamlining our login process and enhancing security across all applications.

JumpCloud is easy to use, and the zero-touch deployment experience is amazing. we can implement it smoothly and easily.
I also like the UI which user-friendly and easy to navigate. the integration with other apps is easy, supporting almost all apps that use SAML.
The Cloud Radius feature is fantastic and the good thing was that it didn’t require much effort to set up and also priced competitively compared to its peers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is really helpful but during the setup, we had to reach out to the sales and support team several times. It would be better if they assigned a dedicated customer success manager to handle our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solving problem of managing our devices and users easy with its smooth zero-touch setup and simple app integration. The Cloud Radius feature and affordable pricing compare to its peers make it a great value, and the user-friendly interface helps with everyday tasks.
Easy accessible - SSO
What do you like best about the product?
SSO helps me to Login on multiple app without reminding the Password of each and every logins. Its easy to Implementation with integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Jumpcloud console the directory needs to be more upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By the help of Jumpcloud am not able to learn each and every password of Application. This is the most beneficial option in Jumpcloud.
