Turnkey enterprise AD

What do you like best about the product?
Minimal installation requirements and easy roll out steps at little to no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low product awareness of an awesome platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS homogeneous in managing AD. Support is OS agnostic!

What do you like best about the product?
Managing users and windows devices are great. Custom commands are great to push apps. User management is easy. SSO setup is easy compared to OKTA. Admin center is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing Mac devices and Linux devices are like hit or miss. Frequent service interruptions is a big issue for our organization. Also, service account password expiry and getting users suspended without notifications is a big issue.
Storage issue(1KB) is not enough to hold apps, so we have to look for other storage options like dropbox or SharePoint to push out apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this remote work environment, jump cloud is a great tool to manage users and devices. Creating users with SSO apps works great with Jump cloud. This is a great tool for organizations without AD.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud made it is easy from day one to get setup and running with ease. They provided a the tools, were in touch and have continued to reach out to make sure that I am making the most out of using the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all so far to be brutally honest. Their support is great, the service is top notch, I have even spoken with the CEO directly who has provided resources and assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helped me find an affordable solution for my SSO setup for my business. They also provided a streamlined setup and interface to make using their software a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the "jump" to using JumpCloud. It will be the best decision you have made in this sector.

The customer support and implementation engineers have been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had the product for about a year now and have not run into any major issues.

We're a small company so we use jumpcloud to essentially manage our identities and local machine passwords as well as SSO.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about JumpCloud is the documentation, and the ability to reach out to support when you encounter a problem. Support is so helpful, they will go back and forth with you for weeks until the issue is resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about JumpCloud. We have all this information at our fingertips with their documentation, and it is very simple and easy to use service. It is easy to figure out how to do anything you need to do. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of implementing MFA throughout our company. Through this process, I have realized how easy JumpCloud is to use. Everything I need is there, and generally when I encounter a new issue, it is either user error or something to do with windows. JumpCloud makes problem solving easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding things is pretty intuitive, things mostly work
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface overall is jarring. User and MAchine windows are popups that go away when you hit save. It could use a UI overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating SSO and MDM overall is a great idea

What do you like best about the product?
We have a mix of Windows and Linux laptops, entirely cloud based. JumpCloud allows us to administer the entire estate without costly legacy infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Linux package management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service password reset is possible via Azure AD, but only on premium plans. The cost of JumpCloud is significantly lower than Microsoft alternatives - and natively supports our Linux estate too.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the platform is to use, its many many features. As well as the usefulness that our whole team gets out of the product. It makes creating accounts and access to groups so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not a whole lot that I do not like, the support is top-notch when any issues do arise. One concern I do have is that if you import a large number of users even one time you run the risk of being bumped up to a higher plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for access control to devices, account creation and management. It allows the team to focus on more important issues rather than create lots of accounts by hand.
