Jumpcloud is a robust solution for business looking to centralise user management and enhance security across the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's bit takes time to understands and implement however it is very seamlessly works as per the requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides muli factor authentication and single sign on capability which enable users to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials.

Jumpcloud is a best platform for a cloud base directory which offers centralised user management and authentication services for both cloud base and on-premises resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit chalending to impliment however. it is managable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in terms of centralise user management and device management which reduce lot of manual work for an IT admin.

JumpCloud's complex configurations may pose a challenge initially l, requiring time and effort for mastery.

JumpCloud benefits organization by improving security posture. Streamlining operations and reducing costs associated with identity and access management.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a seemless expreiance with jumpclod. I love the SSO integration and compatibilty of the third party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is bit complex to impliment but its fine.

It is very easy to access third part app without having difrent ID and password.

I truly appreciate its ease of use and comprehensive user identities and access control

Well, it has been a good support for us to manage our IT infrastructure. I think there is chance of improvement in reporting and analytics.

It has helped managing user identities and access across multiple applications and devices.
Onboarding Jumpcloud tools has been a great initiative in terms of user management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like user management from Jumpcloud where i can manage the users assigning different devices and application based on the OU.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially i flet this coud be tough to implement but it was done smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see all the details about the the remot users. What device they are using, which app they are using and how many devices they have assigned for. It is very easy to track

What do you like best about the product?
How features are clearly stated with steps on how to perform the tasks. It was my first time setting up Jumpcloud for a lab setup and it was easy for me to understand the instuctions to get it up using the basic configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integration with some products that i have used and maybe lacking some overciew analytics portion to have visibility for troubleshooting or just for knowledge purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some products has a steep learning curve and takes a little too long to setup to test features. Jumpcloud allowed me to use the basics to get it up and runnnig first and then add on any other features that i would like to use. It was faster and cleaner especially for lab setups or for small organisations.

JumpCloud can have a steep learning curve, particularly for the users who are not familiar with cloud directory services or identity management concepts. Additionally, while JumpCloud offers a comprehensive set of features, I personally find the pricing to be relatively high compared to other solutions, which could be a potential drawback for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Furthermore, like any software platform, JumpCloud may encounter occasional technical issues or downtime, which can disrupt operations and cause frustration for users relying on its services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving MDM problem for us. We are using Jumpcloud to manage of clients devices remotely.

Getting jumpcloud onboard has been a good decision so far. It has helped us to control out users and the access control.

What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing any form of real asset management tool other than ones that can use an agent to connect into the dashboard. Have additional asset management feature that tracks hardware that's manually created and does not have an agent would be crucial

Single platform that meets more standard needs.
