No IPv6 Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform seems straight-forward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no IPv6 support at all. If you use v6, you cannot use this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed single-sign on and basic device management, including radius support for our network.

I like the easy to use portal with a central view of my company end users

There's not much I dislike , if anything some things just require learning and reading

easy to manage identities, access, and devices from a single location

I didn't find anything that important to complain about.

Extremely user-friendly user and admin consoles, cross-platform support (Linux, Mac, Windows), self-service agent deployment for users, customizable system policies, easily manageable system access
An amazing alternative to AD
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has helped streamline onboarding and management of devices by a huge amount.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say I dislike is that sometimes the logins for MacOS bug out. Not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from having no computer management and control software to Jumpcloud, and it has been super easy and helpful. Increased efficiency tenfold.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a growing business then Jumpcloud is a must-have. Get an inventory of all your computers, install Jumpcloud and watch your time maintaining access for
Good Service - Great Pricing for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud helps me keep control of my remote employees and their machines without the need for a server. It makes password rests and provisioning a breeze. It integrates perfectly with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got locked out of a machine while trying to get it connected and had to do a system restore. It was my fault, but I don't see any way I could have avoided it without learning from my mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps me maintain control of the devices that I assign to my remote employees. It also gives me a central location for managing devices and that is already saving time.
Amazing Software
What do you like best about the product?
It only took me about two weeks to get familiar with JumpCloud. New features are added constantly and are easy and fun to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asset tracking abilities are currently limited, but with new features added so often, I'm not too worried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple SSO set up and deployment. Makes life easier when you're able to connect all your software to talk to one.
Fantastic out of the Box
What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly easy to spin up and use out of the box for a lightweight directory service. I've used it extensively for different test scenarios and the simplicity of management is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything to dislike about this platform for the use cases I put it through!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using JumpCloud as a lightweight directory for various lab and test scenarios and for documentation creation around a variety of technologies.

What do you like best about the product?
As an independent IT consultant, I find it critical to be able to use the same types of technologies that my customers use. The ability to be able to have an IdP that offers all of the common features (SAML with SCIM, push notifications, RADIUS) that my customers use without having to license for more than a single person is immensely valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had enough opportunities to be able to test all of the features, especially the mobile device management. Beyond that, I haven't yet found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With JumpCloud I am able to stay knowledgeable with the same types of technologies that my customers are using and thus I am able to support them better.
Jumpcloud is too easy
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is by far the easiest platform I have used. From the initial demo to putting my hands on it to deploy in my IT Environment, it was too easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say that I dislike. Jumpcloud delivers on everything they say offer.

We were in desperate need of identity management, and Jumpcloud made the process simple.
User Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has an excellent user-friendly UI.
It has Single Sign ON integration with applications having SAML 2.0 features.
Conditional policies can be executed for different logic as required for our requirements.

There is no backup option available.
Need to operate with alert as an administrator as backup is not available.
Most other tools like Virtual desktop interface, IDAM find it challenging to integrate with jump cloud
