Users identities and lifecycle platform management
What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing all process and management for users identities and lifecycle management from one module is easy and effective to implement. Gaining visibilities on every users devices and monitors activities and events data has giving us easy access to the actionable data that we can take qucik action.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. We integrate JumpCloud with a few security services and HRIS software to pair it with HR systems. All the installation is easy because the customer support is helping us with the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure each personal devices that connecting with our resources is safe and authenticated before they have the permission to linked with our system. It has enhance our security and protection of our sensitive business data.
Powerful platform to secure access and identities management
What do you like best about the product?
The best implementation with JumpCloud are with the integration of SSO and MFA on users identities access. It will give them extra steps to accessing to their account and making sure their account is not compromised. Easy to use since all the installation and setup in in GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. I love using all their features and experimenting with the tools to better securing our access management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud password policy enforcement and identity management has helping us securing the access request on our system and resource. We are so protected as we are using multiple tools like SSO to giving better authentication process.
Cost less with unify our IT stack
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud unify all the IT stack that we need for access management and identities management and protection. All the features is available on one single platfrom and the integration between the features is easy to paired and linked. This has make security implementation on devices and idenntities seamless to manage and to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we have no dislike or things that we don't satisfied with JumpCloud. The customer support is making sure that we had an wonderful experience with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operation ineffciencies and exploitation on weak password that users used has been solved after JumpCloud deployment. We has sets policies on password strength that users need to apply on their password to boosting the security.
Make security less complex and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has make security is less complex and the easy with its implementation on our system. The process is encourage the end users to follows the best pratice in securing their own device from digital attack. Identities authentication by integrating SSO and MFA give them a better security for their passsword.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike that we had with JumpCloud for the last two years of experience with this platform. We use it everyday without any bugs or errors on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing users device and adding more layers of protection on users identity and authentication process like adding SSO and MFA to be paired with each identities. It has successfuly repel common attack on users identities.
Flexible, yet secure access management
What do you like best about the product?
Open integration and unified identities for easy to use for access management are what JumpCloud has been helping us with. We are able to access to every resource from one centralized controller and make the management easy to maintain. The implementation of SSO helps provide a better access management and users now can have one strong password that they can use on every resouce that they want to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. We have zero dislike about JumpCloud and satisfied with the level of helps that the customer support has providing us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enforcing Zero Trust security measure to protect and our resource from unauthorized request and access is our primary goal when we deploying JumpCloud. It is to give us dynamic access control on hardware device and active directory.
Make access entries password less into our systems
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud make it easy for us to protect our system from unauthorized access and only identities and device that has been secured are able to pass. The phising-resistant features by the intgeration of multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add and implement extra security measure that need users to always using extra code to have the access to our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. We are very happy with our security layers and management around the access authentication. Customer support plays a great role in helping us with the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users will need to use the SSO or MFA security layers to connect and acces to company system and application. The process has let them to access the system easily and quickly, but with extra steps to authenticate their access request.
Modern tools and features to implement active directory
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud modernized active directory integration give us the felxibility with our IT infrastructure and how we want our implementation is working. The mitigation process is easy and we can simply choose whether we can to use the cloud directory or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike with JumpCloud. With all the advanced and modern features that they are providing, I have nothing more that I want from other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has changing the way we worked with active directory. We are now slowly mitigating the identities informationa and data to freeing our IT operation from using directory and directly using JumpCloud cloud directory.
Easy implementation on zero trust security
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud promotes and easy and secure way to accessing company files, document and access to devices by the implementation of zero trust security. The security layers will authenticate and verify everything before any access by identities is approved. It has also evelating users experience with the integration of SSO and MFA as an added security layers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no problem and dislike with JumpCloud after two years of deploying this platform with our system. Great helps from the customer support so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is so smooth that our changes in security and users identities authentication doesn't impecting our users experience. We are now able to regularly checking our SOC and HIPPA complaince easily by using the zero trust security.
Economical and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is known for its directory-as-a-service platform, offering cloud-based directory services that helped me manage user identities, access, and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of expensive for the accounts which have been disabled for the users as they are not being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has provided me economical active directory environment which is easy to configure and user friendly.
Great usability and feature options in access management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has make it easy for us to manage different OS that users use for their mobile devices. All the OS can be setup on the central management on the Cloud console. We also can saperate between work data and personal data on the device to protect users privacy data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No hate or dislike with JumpCloud. We also had integration with Volume Purchase Plan(VPP) on my personal iOS device to have it controlled by the command console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governing all the security, access, and user personal mobile devices on one single unified controller gaves us the biggest benefits. We can protect both business data and end users personal privacy data on one management.
