I like how JumpCloud can conntect to all kinds of devices, ranging from Mac, Windows, and Linux. JumpCloud makes it easy to automate many features, such as running scripts to install softwares. It is easy to connect various policies as well. Customer support responds quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I have is the 'commands' feature. When running commands individually, it is difficult to determine if a command is still running or pending. JumpCloud also does not provide support for scripts. Sometimes JC level 1 customer support are not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows me to manage all users devices with ease, such as resetting user passwords. JC also helps ensure that user devices are secured by binding users to their provided devices. The directory insights has been useful to ensure users are in compliant. SSO makes it easy for users to login to various applications without having to remember passwords for them.

A useful tool in the sysadmin toolbelt
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use to administer a collection of machines. In my case on a small scale where it isn't worth spinning up a more complex AD setup. It's as easy as sign up for an account, install the tool on each endpoint, and away you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I can think of at this point. I think it's once uninstalled the endpoint management tool on a rarely used system but that was easily resolved by installing it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small scale user management and SSO for endpoints in a charity.
Easy and Seamless – from setup to daily usage
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can onboard yourself and set up everything, even for free for up to 10 users, is unseen compared to the biggest players in the industry. Also, everything is very easy to understand and straightforward. In case you don't know, the documentation answers everything. Thumbs up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to find a single thing that I dislike about JumpCloud so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just needed SSO, Password Policy Enforcement and IAM for a SMB, and JumpCloud serves perfectly!
Very Good
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most notable advantages of integrating with LDAP in JUMPcloud is the simplification of the user management process, which I perform using it with other tools for testing purposes, and it is very useful. With Jumpcloud, the integration process is simple, through the cn, and by adding the users we need in this integration. This allows IT administrators to add, modify, or remove users quickly and efficiently, without the need to deal with complicated configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are not very accustomed, it can be a bit difficult at first to identify how to create or where to add users, especially to identify which attribute JumpCloud uses for user identification for a possible integration. When I say this, it relates, for example, to the integration of Windows Server AD which uses the SamAccountName attribute to search, and in the case of JumpCloud, it is different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LDAP integration with other providers, such as the senhasegura solution. We integrated Jumpcloud with the AD provider, and listed the users that were created in Jumpcloud and synchronized with the external solution application, very good.
A great cloud hosted User Directory and Device management solution for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great cloud based solution for managing endpoint devices (macOS and windows) and user authentication. Its very easy to create a user and assign them to device(s). Device insights is also very helpful as well for endpoint troubleshooting. Works very well for a mixed environment of windows and macOS devices. Decently cost efficient for small to medium size businesses if you're looking for a cloud directory service and an MDM in one platform.
RADIUS service works as expected as well with little issues.
RADIUS service works as expected as well with little issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription/pricing model has changed significantly over the years so depending on your needs, you really got to figure out exactly what you want/need from them. Its priced per user. Its efficient if you use both their directory service and device management together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RADIUS authentication for wireless network access
Jumpcloud provides acceptable performance
What do you like best about the product?
I find Jumpcloud to be relatively user-friendly and easy to administer for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Jumpcloud's use cases to be limited in scalability, and I would love to see Jumpcloud diversify their approaches to SCIM and ABAC in the future for more options in automating access control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud solves SSO and user directory problems for my organization.
