Easy Device Management, But Lacks Jamf-Level Mac Features
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is easy to use and allows us to seamlessly manage all the different devices in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it tries to do everything it's not quite as robust feature wise as Jamf when it comes to Mac management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as our primary identity provider and allows us to manager users accounts and devices.

Great intuitive dashboard, and lots of features.

Everything rocks! It seems like the product is improving on a dauly basis.

Managing company devices in bulk. It simplifies the process, ensuring smooth and efficient management of company devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant isnt work properly. while searching for user then it shows a lot of users that dont include the letters of what i searched.
I dont like that i dont have more data on registered machine, like external GPU etc.

Installing applications automatically while installing new machine - time.

Effortless Integration and User Management Make It Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to integrate a wide range of different resources, and managing users and devices is also relatively straightforward. I also appreciate that the Jumpcloud team regularly adds new features and makes improvements to their product.
Customer support has been helpful on the rare occasions we've needed assistance, but thanks to the platform's reliability, we've encountered very few issues that we couldn't resolve on our own.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my view, the menus would benefit from some refinement. It would also be helpful to have greater flexibility when customizing policies. Additionally, I find the lack of support for a wider variety of Unix and Linux distributions to be a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of various platforms in the one spot.
Remote Assist Makes IT Support Easy with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud's feature of Remote Assist which helped my IT Team to resolve almost every issues remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, JumpCloud seems to work fine till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My laptop faced few issues, and JumpCloud's remote assist feature enabled my IT team to resolve those smoothly even when I was working from my home remotely.
JumpCloud is quite helpful and it organizes all our logins in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud almost daily to login across various systems and tools that our company uses and most importantly it gives me the peace of mind that all the security protocols are being managed on the system side. I set it up initially and then I can let everyone sign in and access the systems securely without additional work on my side and it takes me only a few clicks to add or remove users so it’s easy to keep everything current.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it’s a bit of a drag especially when you are waiting for the system to distribute changes to user devices. Also some control settings are a bit too deeply nested in the dashboard, for instance integrating some of the third party systems can take an annoying amount of time. Also I think all users should be able to access the system’s reporting tools without additional fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now manage all access and passwords from a single dashboard and remove the extra time needed. And to the users, JumpCloud lets them access all the systems they need without compromising security. And it’s also less stressful to manage the accounts and the system is now far faster and more organized.

its cover MDM , SSO , password management, AD, Remort support dont need to buy additional solution for RDP, SSO,PAM etc..
Cloud identity management with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the user and device management and its cloud-centric approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that it can be complex to configure initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is great because its robust and modern for identity control, eliminates the need for on-premises infrasctructure, and simplifies access. Its excellent, it truly meets our expectations.

More real-time control and automation options would be helpful.
