Great device management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and management of devices is very in depth and the ability to push commands to all devices allows for changes to be pushed to multiple devices at once which saves many hours of manual device configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare instances, JumpCloud goes out of sync on a device and it is hard to tell which devices are effected by this without manually scrolling through the list. A common fix we have found is to just reinstall JumpCloud again on the device overtop of the old install and it starts reporting again and is ready to be managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of a large number of devices. This benefits us by being able to silently install new apps on users devices and make device configuration changes using the Commands tab. The sync with Google Workspace is also great for the users and admins making sign in much simpler.
I love having all my needed tools under 1 roof!
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is perfect for macOS and windows devices. I love their customer support and weekly podcast as well. Super easy to setup and get rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better app management controls.

Jumpcloud solves the problem of a lot of confusions chaos with using too many tools.

Simple and Good coverage of devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to simply add and disrtibute policies and patches to devices regardless of OS
What do you dislike about the product?
Its lack of browser coverage for patching as it only covers Chrome currently

Its solving the problem of having multiple identities across different SAAS providers by allowing SSO to cover it all.

I wish there was a way to mass lock computers.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one spot, usable for microsoft daily. Integrates with Microsoft fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discrepancies with Mac devices. Is not easy to deploy, very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping people from re-using passwords, keeping devices up to date and the ability to log in from one location.
Powerful functionality for managing devices without AD
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to replicate functionality you would expect through Active Directory but without having to use domain controllers. Addtionally you can manage devices regardless of OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote managment (i.e., ability to loging to a computer and triage support issues remotely) does not work the majority of the time.

Being a fast growing technology company with a remote workforce, JumpCloud allows us to create centralized policies that enforce cybersecurity and compliance best practices.
Great device management platform with features galore.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to have users devices managed, as well as their policies that are persistent on their machine. Easy to integrate after the most recent MDM update that they pushed out. Great customer service, and always pushing out new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can feel it in the air, the cost is going to go up soon....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remotely administer computers for staff, and setting the group policies on what they are able to use. Deploying antivirus as well as other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Best policies to setup with centralised management console with cloud not worries about managing infra structure best suitable access and usercontrols

nothing much but cosing on automating by using patch management.

Easy access managment but sudo authorising admin requires time limitation for user level management so in order to overcome from the miss use with security.
