Very easy and strong tool for admins.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing the MAC systems and their encryption as well. In the previous solution, there were fewer options for MAC. Easily can create a policy and deploy on a group level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I can dislike, but one thing they can improve is the live dashboard of the whole infra. And reporting feature should allow more customised reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a centralised MDM system for all our assets. Also, we were having issues with MAC system management. But now, from JC we can manage Windows and Mac together with centralised remote support.
JumpCloud why to use and why not use
What do you like best about the product?
I can integrate Linux, MAC, and Windows with this and sso is also possible. I can Track my user activity and same time policy is also good . Inventory management is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, this is I feel that RND software where every day I get new features. Support quality also needs to be rase. For some platforms SSO integration is difficult.

Unification
What do you like best about the product?
One of its prime incentive is to unify our infrastructure bringing valuation to our comfort! Henceforth the most valuable asset is the security we provide to global web security! Hopefully I can be of service to the team also. I'm all In!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless than satisfied, and not a thing to dislike unless you'd want me to lie to you guys. I'm a small business owner, a Google developer content creator, and a digital marketer. Trust me when I say well done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small business owner, it's considered a blessing when hidden manna falls from the CLOUD'S as seen, not that i seek the gift; but the fruit that applies increase into your account! MAY GOD(YAHWEH ELOHIM) b YOU AND KEEP YOU!
JumpCloud is a very good platform, even free for small offices!
What do you like best about the product?
I tried JumpCloud because I was searching for a way to perform IAM and manage devices remotely. This is exactly what the platform allows to do, but there are much more possibilities!
It could take a while to understand which is the best approach for you, but there are really a lot of interesting stuff to secure and manage your environment. KBs and online guidelines are very helpful for your first approach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being a Cloud service, of course you must be aware of the security risks you might face. However, this is not a real dislike about JumpCloud, it's just something implicit when talking about your data in the Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to manage PCs and laptops from remote, and it's not always possible to find them online when I find the time to do it. With JumpCloud, this is no more a problem.
You can also enforce the security on your devices, check their last known status, schedule activities once they will be online again... All useful and all in an easy way.

Works well enough as a password manager but the extension needs optimization.
What do you like best about the product?
How seamless the extension integrates into the desktop application and the password generator
What do you dislike about the product?
In some applications we use for VOIP Jumpcloud will try and find spaces to insert data into, this typically lags my web browser, sometimes I don't get push notifications for logging in neither.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User directory and multi factor authentication for logging into computers.
Identity and Device Management integrations and experiences so far
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized control for Identity Management and Device Management. This is allowing us to replace AD, better manage security compliance requirements and have a single source where we can add/remove users to integrated applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside we've seen so far is that the process for a new user to change their password before they are setup with Multifactor Authentication is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud, we had 4 directory services we were managing separately. We have been able to setup integrations and remove 1 of the services meaning that employee onboarding and offboarding has become much more efficient.
We also had a need for better device management than the tools we were previously using. I've been impressed with the number of policy options readily available from JumpCloud.

Life-changing tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best with jumpcloud is the fact that everything is centered in one platform, radius, password manager MDM all in one, the competitors, such as Microsoft provide solutions that are too complicated and time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
This question is a bit hard to answer as I haven't found something really bad about the tool, but I think that the remote assistance tool needs This question is a bit hard to answer as I haven't found something really bad about the tool, but I think that the remote assistant isn't as function as the rest of the tools provided by the jumcloud platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are currently trying to be compliant with iso 27001 we needed the tool that provide us with an insight and the possibility to extract the data of the logs
Seamless Onboarding and Offboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up new employees with the necessary software assets used to be a cumbersome task, but JumpCloud has streamlined the entire experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve and configuration were a bit complex, especially when it came to more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to automate our onboarding tasks. This was a massive improvement to our antiquated forms and prodcures. Big time and recourse saver

What do you dislike about the product?
The price - I feel whilst its great to have 10 users for free, there is a huge jump from 10 users to 11 users. We've used JumpCloud for a couple of years now and recommended it to many, but as soon as we hit 11 users we had a kick in the face - an immedate $178 a month fee. It would have been much better to simply charge the 11th user onwards, not from the 1st user. I suspect this is a bit of a sneaky tactic to help compensate them for the time a user has free access. Whilst we did have 10 users for free for a while, we did pay for premium support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont need to manage a complex on-premise Active Directory server. This means we can have true remote/home users without the reliance on a complex VPN back into the office AD servers. Importantly we can continue to use LDAP with our internal devices though, through the JumpCloud LDAP. We could also leverage their RADIUS system which we didn't have previously.
