Jumpcloud just works
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the information and power to administrate my network and users without having to fight the application simultaneously. The new features also significantly improve workflow, and I look forward to their implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't have anything that currently stands out as being frustrating with the application; at times, the performance isn't always what I'd like, but it's nothing debilitating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is helping me administrate my users and keep track of my assets. It also assists me with MDM and my macOS devices which can be harder to administrate.
Simple way to get alot done

Quick, secure, efficient and easy to scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as of today, the functionality works as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply repository for all necessary credentialing. This is helpful.
Use the cloud for efficient directory services and systems administration
What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely pleased with the cost-saving solutions that JumpCloud offers. Its ease of use is perfect for small businesses, while its powerful policy and security settings make it an ideal solution for larger organisations. What we particularly like about JumpCloud is its ability to mandate encryption on our connected devices, giving us a much-needed extra layer of protection that increases security and peace of mind in today's digital world. All in all, it was clear to us early on that JumpCloud could effectively meet all of our organisation's requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the JumpCloud interface has a limited ability to observe how policies interact. A study of user and device setups, as well as easy-to-follow instructions with visuals demonstrating the sequence of events leading up to an account being suspended, would have been very helpful as I set everything up. Comprehensive explanations would also make for a smoother user experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, Jumpcloud helps protect my identity by enforcing password policies that secure all of my accounts in the same way.
All in one IT solution with SSO
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I have one tool for managing my PC, Mac, and Linux machines and SSO as well. We not only use it with our online websystems but it also manages our computer and wifi passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports could be built out a little better but honestly the API is great so we have built some custom reports ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our lives easier for managment of Endpoints, Inventory, system policies, and user login managment. This saves us hundreds of hours a month onboarding/offboarding people and people like having one account!
Directory services in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I am in awe of how Jumpcloud has enabled us to take our software and security practices to the next level. The onboarding process was understandably daunting, but we have now reaped the rewards. With this innovative platform at our fingertips, data protection is a priority for us - something that didn't exist before. It provides great insight into where digital trails are hidden, making it easy to protect actionable information both locally and remotely. This is particularly important when dealing with confidential legal documents, as a law firm like ours does, so Jumpcloud is now an invaluable asset to our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not appreciate the lack of customisation available in Jumpcloud for generating reports and visualisations. As it does not come with built-in tools, you have to use its API, which can be overwhelming for those without programming experience. In addition, the output log format is very difficult to understand, as it requires a great deal of processing before the data can be accurately interpreted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, Jumpcloud simplifies identity and policy management across my entire IT environment. Not only does it reduce the burden of managing multiple passwords for different services, but it also gives me more control over securing encryption keys and setting lockout limits.
An efficient and secure solution for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpclod makes it easy to remotely configure and manage computer security settings effortlessly. I appreciate the addition of Apple's Mobile Device Management (MDM) control, which further simplifies administration. PC management has been greatly improved and new features have been added, making user account maintenance such as adding users, resetting passwords or granting software access a breeze! The ability to set up users in other applications is particularly helpful during my onboarding process, as it greatly streamlines this activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the mobile admin console doesn't have its own application yet. The interface can be difficult to work with on my iPhone, as web pages and icons are often cropped or too small for comfortable use. I'm hoping that JAMF will continue to expand its feature set by adding automated reporting, increased software hosting capacity and easier OS upgrades through its MDM programme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the problem of continuing to use an outdated server rather than upgrading it, while also migrating data to the cloud.
Very easy to setup and there API support and API document is amazing.

Single sign on to multiple providers like - AWS, Azure, JIRA has helped our ourganization to awaid using multiple identities thus reducing user demm process.
JumpCloud Access Control Management System
What do you like best about the product?
We are so grateful for JumpCloud's access management technology. It has allowed us to manage all of our organisation's resources with a single set of credentials. What we really like about it is that the cloud infrastructure allows us to manage everything in real time from anywhere - something that other systems don't always offer. What's more, things run smoothly and do exactly what they're supposed to! It really is a relief to know that this device is with us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find JumpCloud's usability a little confusing and unreliable. It's easy to accidentally delete an account during initial setup, and updates made in Office.com can take a while to show up in your JumpCloud profile. Entering these updated credentials also proved tricky, as it took several attempts for them to register properly in the menu bar client within JumpCloud.

JumpCloud provides us with reliable and secure access control. We're able to protect our systems, processes and software from unauthorised use, while ensuring that only the right people have access.
Really good mdm with a great support team and frequent new releases but missing some must have tool

The support (fast and efficient) easy to use and quite easy to understant. The power of the new command running feature and deployment (polices, soft, access)
What do you dislike about the product?
UX is sometime not intuitive. i.e when you are into a submenu you need to close the tab in order to come back on this menu.

Easily manage and privide mdm profiles on our infrastructure. Manage and block devices if needed on our remote users and deploy application remotely and sync directories bettwen JC and Google
Jumpcloud : Allrounder tool every Business should have
What do you like best about the product?
For starters, the fantastic UI, design and language is very minimal and easily understandable. MDM, IAM, SSO, Policies, AD support, etc. Almost all technology integrations support it and provide the best end-user experience. I could not be more grateful for this beautiful decision made by our company to go for Jumpcloud as our identity provider. As an admin learnt a lot, and even they offer certifications to upskill ourselves to keep on track. The way they handle updates and feedback taken is being considered seriously, and they always deliver before their commitment time.
Overall, it's a perfect allrounder that every business should have, and I recommend Jumpcloud to every company in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I am being picky, maybe you can give us some testing environment to play around it and get desired results, as playing with prod is not an excellent idea for now.

The problem is we don't get all in one package every time; for IAM a tool, MDM a different tool, SSO a tool having lot many tools/apps just makes it complicated and this is where Jumpcloud comes in One single tool for everything which is the highlight.
