Use Jump cloud in our own organization also as for our clients and its a great tool that implements

The slowness issues with have with onsite domain controllers. An easier way to onboard and offboard clients. Having control over permissions in the organization

It's a reliable SSO option and I like that they add new features. They keep improving,

Sometimes it can have some issues and it can take some time to solve it but after all they give their best and help us in solving the bugs that they may have and issues that we might face

Security and all of that as we have SSO implemented with thwm

What do you like best about the product?
It contains almost everything for an MDM software. The best part is that it gives you certain number of devices to be integrated for free so that you can try it out. Also, multiple devices can be added to same user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options on their dashboard are a little confusing. For example, I couldn't find any way to block websites. I had to contact their support team to check whether it is even possible on their software or not. Also, the support team is very slow to respond. A major issue found was that if a person sync google worskpace from theirgoogle account, any activity done on jumpcloud by any user is said to be done by that admin user in audit logs of google workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can control what all our employees can access and quickly get remote access to solve the problems they are facing. The support team is helpful and got on a call to solve the queries.

0 day deployments, easy to create policyes, easy to manage devices and users, easy remote access to machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of controlling windows machines to be locked from mother board.
For example a user is erasing or changing the hard drive, I cannot control that machine anymore.

You only have to have one password, easy user deployment, 0day deployment, easy to enfore security policy

MDM capabilities are good and allow you to do most if not all the things you need, and the SSO integrations work as you'd expect them to

Users management - we've had some issues enrolling existing Google Workspace users into JumpCloud (enrollment emails not going through, weird bugs, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
It was a modernized replacement for ADFS. Centralizes user management, logins and work flows. It streamlined what would take much longer to configure on Mircrosofts old platform.

We are a local goverment entity. We really thought Jump Cloud was a great product but were able to get better pricing from a competitor through state term pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump Cloud allowed us to transition from Microsofts ADFS that is now end of life. It also assisted in making this process easier from an out of box experice with our staff that may not have the indepth experice with Microsofts ADFS. Jump Clouds user interface was very intuitive and easy to use.

Not much the I can think of, it seems pretty easy to understand.

Solving identity management for various systems and integrated applications to make it easier to onboard new users.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found really is helpful how easy it is to manage users and add users to multiple devices and lock devices from certain features to prevent users from installing any software on our devices without permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say I dislike, the price is a little hight but worth it, i would have to say the only think I really dislike is that lack of opinions for mobile devices like Androids.

It really helps with making policy to allow certain restrictions and how easy it is to add user to multiple devices without having to be at the location directly.
JumpCloud - A Force Multiplier for IT Teams
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud really helps admins manage the whole IT lifecycle. From user provisioning, machine management, policy enforcement, remote command execution, and inventory JumpCloud has been invaluable for our IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, JumpCloud shines in every aspect. As we have looked into the enforcement of system updates and patches it's become evident it was not built with this in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helped us solve our directory services problems. We needed to mature in our machine management and general HR process for provisioning and policy enforcement. JumpCloud helps us win in these areas.
