What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that JumpCloud responds quickly and provides clear and effective assistance. It's easy to understand and navigate, which makes the experience smooth. Overall, using JumpCloud helps to grow my organization smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The all catalog currently requires using bash script for more advanced options, software management could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps with cross-platform device management and addresses challenges in enforcing a consistent security baseline and centralized device management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud is a cloud-based platform providing seamless directory services with cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The SSO and MFA features make managing user identities and securing access incredibly straightforward. The cloud-based directory is especially useful for managing users and devices, assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process. It simplifies accessibility to multiple applications with SSO, and I appreciate the extra layer of security that MFA provides to protect sensitive data. Setting up JumpCloud was straightforward and well-guided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think JumpCloud could improve its advanced reporting and analysis. The user interface also doesn't work as well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps manage user identities, devices, and access control across platforms. It solves complex management challenges, security gaps, onboarding delays, and compliance issues. The cloud directory and SSO simplify management, making applications accessible, and MFA adds security.

What do you like best about the product?
jump cloud is ability to manage users, devices, and access from a single cloud-based platform making IT administration simple more secure across Windows macOS and Linux environments
What do you dislike about the product?
Jump cloud can be limited in advanced device control compared to other enterprise tools its policy and configuration options are not deep as something like Intune or Group policy in active directory support response time can vary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump cloud centralizes identity device and access management making it easier to control user access and reduce manual IT work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud for its ease of use and how it usually logs me on quickly. The initial setup was good, being quick and simple. I also appreciate how it keeps the passwords safe, which is really important for logging in to many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't connect to all my apps, but it's fine usually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud because it's easy to use. Once you understand the system, creating users and permissions is easy. With multiple clients and users, not all need the same permissions, and we can easily create those and deploy them very easily. The initial setup was very easy, and once you understand the product, setup is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface at times can get a little hard to see when you are looking at large groups. Having a better way to manage this would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud to track and monitor systems for multiple clients in different locations, making it easy to create and customize user permissions.
