The tool can transparently manage Windows, Mac and Linux machines,

Plain infrastructure, not really cool if you have lots of items.

Jump Cloud is a phenomenal tool for any small business!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the immediate support you receive once you have crested an account. Tons of articles to help assist you get things set up properly and user interface is quite easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although easy to use at times you can become loss of you are a novice so it's best you read before beginning or assign the set up to your IT partner to prevent confusion.

Having the ability to safeguard the applications my employees use daily, while also ensuring we minimize any option of leaked information.

some instructions weren't clear when I started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was training for Cloud at Splunk. We don't often use jumpCloud, but when I did, I was impressed. I could do my test and have the results straight away. Another thing that helped it, was having a 24 / 7 / 365 chat available internally, so then I could double-check stuff and ask for help on my internal and specific task.

Better all-in-one solution.
A stable IaaS with many useful features in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It's a single "pane of glass" for managing user access to accounts, devices and services. The integration of the product into existing devices and operating systems, and services is wide enough that we don't need extra services to cover them. The user experience for accessing their account is smooth and easy to explain to end-users when first enrolling into new or existing devices.
The MDM feature set alone is worth the investment. Setup and management are well documented within the same management panel, along with helpful dialogues that make it seem too easy. The continuing integration of Apple business has helped us achieve true zero-touch with our macOS and iOS device fleet.
Evaluating JumpCloud was frictionless as they offer a generous free tier with a trial of advanced features.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the addition of so many features, the management console has become a bit 'bloated' with notifications and tips. This issue is especially problematic with features I don't use or plan to use. There's no way to disable features you aren't using, and the console displays "alerts" to bring those features to the front when they aren't configured without a way to dismiss them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity access to various devices and services, both internal and external via the JumpCloud SSO. This allows us to manage access to services easily by user groups and it makes the end-user experience simple as well as secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that JumpCloud has data collection applications that I can use to make my job more efficient. Also the main menu is very simple and everything is user friendly. So far it has been a good host for other applications. Also I like that JumpCloud will send out emails with any updates and when changes are done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the downsides of JumpCloud is that there is only one application that I currently use at the company I work for - Tableau. I have not done much research into it but as of right now I only get use out of one application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with JumpCloud are system and process problems using data analysis and collection. I have realized cost savings benefits and performance benefits through process improvement using data collection. Like I noted earlier, I do wish that there were more applications to use/that my company used so I could give better/more detailed feedback. With the application we do use though there has been a pretty good benefit that shows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend JumpCloud to others for data collection applications. Tableau is an application that I use daily and it is the main source of data collection and tracking. It has been a pretty good tool to use that has made my job and my peers' jobs a lot easier. The main screen and interface is very simple and easy to use as well.
In times like this why would you not, jumpcloud!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the control center. Really makes it easy to find out what your fleet of workers are doing. Giving admins the power to work on other important matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a golden image capability for now PC that are being deployed but, can be set up via Chocolatey and other tools jumpcloud offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active Directory being an office based tool and with folks working from home this is a game changer.
