Streamline our system access management
What do you like best about the product?
Adding more security features to our access management but with more simple and easy-to-manage tools. Provide total protection for both our central systems and the application that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used this software for three years, and my experience with JumpCloud has been joyful and satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our user's identity and using one software to control all the access and policy has boosted our access security. The access policy enforced on all accounts has standardized the log-in procedure, making it less vulnerable.
Excellent option for easy access management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about JumpCloud are the feature-rich options I can choose to manage and better protect our systems. I can choose to activate the SSO and help workers access all the applications we had easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perfect access management software that is impossible to dislike. All the tools are easy to configure, with detailed documentation as guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Configuring workers' identities to be able to access all our work tools and application. Reducing our IT tool since we now only need one software controller to control all passwords and authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
Preparing and managing users' access to the systems and adding new security features to protect our IT ecosystem better. There are no complex tools, and everything is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now. I am satisfied with the professional service and features available on JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary issues with access security are what JumpCloud has solved for us. Changing users' password policy to the current setting can be easily edited, and notifications will automatically send to users.
The only solution we need for our access management
What do you like best about the product?
Installing the SSO (single-sign-on) authentication module for easy access to all our business applications. It enhances and gives our workers a better log-in process since they only need to use the primary identity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has worked well with our system, and the easy deployment process makes me love it. No dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rounding users with the same access privilege and putting them in the same group. Editing their access privilege can be done since it will reflect on all accounts in the group that has been selected.
Manage password compliance in easy method
What do you like best about the product?
Complete security and access tools management are provided on JumpCloud to help manage all the passwords and user details. Implementing new security features to help combat cyber attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I hope they change is the features or tools add-on. It should be included on the base package and priced at one price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly used JumpCloud to authenticate and register new devices accessing our central platform. It gives better security since users will need to safelist their devices first proceeding with identity authentication.
Great impression on the first try
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, easy to control, and optimum resources are the best quality of JumpCloud. Integrating with other cloud active directory platforms like Google Workspace is a plus bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration list doesn't have some of the software we use for our outsourcing business, and we need to control the identity manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing users with multiple software privileges used to be complex and challenging for us. JumpCloud comes with the solutions and thoroughly tackles the issues; the smooth process can now be controlled.
Excellent tool for MDM specially for Mac
What do you like best about the product?
MDM capabilities are very well integrated as compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the profile deployment via Jumpcloud has been very smooth.

It saves a lot of time to manage the device remotely without being deploying user profiles locally one by one
Complete IT tools to improve access security
What do you like best about the product?
Several access security tools options are available to be installed with our current systems, such as SSO and MFA. Both tools make the access process easy for the users but with added security measurement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process needs experience and a certificated IT officer to do it. It is pretty challenging to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access management and upgrading the authentication rate and process are the primary benefits. Repel security attacks and produce a monthly report on IT health and suggestion to solve any pending IT issues.
Worked perfectly with our system
What do you like best about the product?
The integration option that is available on the platforms is the best. JumpCloud is linked with Google Workplace, which is our main workers directory and works flawlessly with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is helpful, and no single tool is wasted in JumpCloud. Good support and resources to securing IT access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage workers' identities and set them up to be able to access all our IT stacking. It eliminated the need for a single usage password or a different username and password for all applications they use.
Manage access and policies compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Access validation using MFA authentication has helped improve our access security. Centralized the access control using JumpCloud as the main controller over all our software integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with the password policy enforcer, but has been fixed by the developer. No dislike for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplify the audit process because everything is documented correctly and logged to the logs report. The user itself does self password reset process, and it has less burdening the IT administrator.
