Effortlessly Manage with Enhanced Integration

  • December 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud has remote assist for users, making it easier for us compared to previous tools. It's great how we can do everything within JumpCloud now, like automating the password manager installation and requests with commands, and integrating it with our ticketing system. Everything is automated, which is super helpful. JumpCloud's ability to integrate with many apps simplifies managing access and automating access requests through automation tools. Plus, setting up JumpCloud was simple and easy, which was a nice surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
As SSO is integrated, I am hoping to see the user access matrix or RBAC, IGA features. It would make it easier for us to do the audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies endpoint management, centralizes access through SSO, and integrates apps for easy management. It automates password management and integrates with our ticketing system, making processes more efficient.

Fast, Reliable Cloud Storage That's Effortless to Use Anywhere

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best cloud apps for storage, good speed, easy to use, also easy to access anytime, not to depend on either mobile or system only, needs a login credential at your fingertips to access anywhere, anytime
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing, going pretty much good, probably something comes in future, i can voice out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the time, it helps during any emergency, helps for digital documents, a one-stop shop for any kind of data to be managed, and security is pretty much better

Managing employee accounts and devices is finally super simple

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that impresses the most about JumpCloud is the level of confidence it offers to our internal operations. I ceased to be afraid of access oldness or lost accounts. This has enhanced the working relationship with HR and management since everybody is assured that changes are being administered appropriately. My days at the workplace are more consistent and I am not spending as much time rectifying issues that can be avoided. It has become a stable basis on which we are operating employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage of JumpCloud is time taken to master some of the configuration options. Certain features are buried and this contributed to trial and error in the process of setting them up. This added workload on deployment and had to be coordinated internally more. Another concern that came up was the increasing price when our team grew and this burdened IT budgeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is a solution to the scattered access management issue. User accounts and devices used to be separated beforehand and this led to delays and errors. Everything is now handled in a clear process and the changes in employees are also dealt with shortly. This is good in that it minimizes business downtime and gives the business more trust internally. My day-to-day job is more organized and less responsive.

One password helps me manage everything and helps me sleep slightly better I guess

  • December 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has worked well as it creates a single portal with all the applications; I do not have to remember forty different usernames/passwords. JumpCloud works across both the MacBook laptops and the tower PCs – both of which normally hate each other – that was a nice surprise. The majority of the time the JumpCloud Agent simply runs in the background and I never get complaints from the sales staff. It’s good enough that it hasn’t ruined my day yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud pricing tiers confuse me as much as anything else I’ve ever had to deal with as why do I need a doctorate in order to figure out what I’m being billed? Sometimes the push notifications for the 2-factor authentication (2FA) just hang there in space and I’m sitting here looking at my phone like a complete moron. It tends to happen when the wifi drops. Also the admin console kicks you out WAY TOO FAST. I take a 2 second break to yell at a printer and BINGO – I’m kicked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing it does is prevent the end users from setting “Password123” as their login for EVERYTHING. Also I thought linking it to the HR software was going to be a nightmare but however it actually pulled the names in without any errors. It also allows me to keep the lights on and the access controls in place so I can focus on actual problems/issues.

Multi-OS support and simplified conditional access

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The native support for multiple OS and the ease with which one can implement robust conditional access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is generally effective, but the management of applications and patch management still lack depth to meet certain advanced needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows me to cover several key needs: a unified MDM, an SSO with conditional access based on device compliance, and smooth management of a multi-OS fleet. All of this enhances security, simplifies administration, and reduces operational complexity.

Effortless Integration and Management Across Tech Stacks

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and manage, works with a lot of common technology stacks
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature rollout seems unnecessary, there are a lot of feature request that could add more value to users rather than cosmetic changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main use for this product is focused on security and managing endpoints.

Simplified Identity and Device Management, Needs Better Reporting

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I value JumpCloud for its scalability, usability, and the ability to control access from one pane. I appreciate the single sign-on feature, which is a main feature I utilize for older subscription apps. The unified device management using device policy sets is another aspect I find beneficial. JumpCloud helps solve the complexities of managing multiple identities and accessing cloud resources and endpoints, addressing issues of insecure onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics could be more robust, especially for security reports. Also, the initial integration with some legacy applications and smaller SaaS platforms doesn't work smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud to unify identity and device management, secure access, and control SaaS applications. It solves the issues of insecure onboarding and manages complexity by offering single sign-on and unified device management.

Unified access portal has simplified user migrations and centralized device and app management

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for JumpCloud is being an implementer, which means that the user wants to migrate from an on-premise server to a cloud, so they use JumpCloud.

A quick, specific example of how I use JumpCloud for a migration project is that the user has a backend Windows Active Directory, and they want to control all the users that use company devices, such as a laptop or cell phone, and have them be managed. So, I suggest they use JumpCloud. They migrate from Windows Active Directory to JumpCloud, and I help them with the process, such as integration and how to bind the user to the endpoint and the device, such as a cell phone.

If there is any new user onboarding, I made a script to automate that. If the new user comes, it should be automated to sync to JumpCloud from the Windows Active Directory.

What is most valuable?

Based on my experience, the best features JumpCloud offers include support for most operating systems for devices and handhelds, such as iPhone or Android. The feature that I use most is that the user has only one portal to access the applications, such as SSO applications like Google Workspace and the web applications that support SAML or OpenID.

I find myself using the single SSO for all the applications the most because it is much easier for me to log in to one user portal, and then I can have access to all applications.

JumpCloud has positively impacted my organization because we can work more efficiently by focusing on the one user portal to use the applications.

What needs improvement?

I think JumpCloud can be improved by enhancing their support because it takes so long to get feedback from them if I have a problem with a client to solve their problem.

I would like to add more about the needed improvements, perhaps a tutorial on how to use some new features, such as RADIUS, or use cases that show the best practice on how to solve some cases.

Customer support should be enhanced, especially the response time which should be much faster than it is now. I think it is slow.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for about three years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

JumpCloud is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of JumpCloud is good because the JumpCloud backend is supported by AWS, which is around the world.

How are customer service and support?

I think JumpCloud can be improved by enhancing their support because it takes so long to get feedback from them if I have a problem with a client to solve their problem.

I would appreciate more content about the needed improvements, perhaps a tutorial on how to use some new features, such as RADIUS, or use cases that show the best practice on how to solve some cases.

Customer support should be enhanced, especially the response time which should be much faster than it is now. I think it is slow.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution before JumpCloud; from the beginning, I used JumpCloud.

What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment, and I cannot share relevant metrics because I am just an engineer.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that JumpCloud licensing is based on how many users they register in JumpCloud, and each user can have multiple devices, up to three devices.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing JumpCloud; there is no other option.

What other advice do I have?

JumpCloud is deployed in my organization as a public cloud.

I use Google Cloud as my cloud provider.

I would advise those looking into using JumpCloud that it can give you more visibility about your device, inventory, control of your application, and so on. I think it is many things in one platform. I rate this product an 8 out of 10.

Automation actually works with JumpCloud and I can finally go home

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The workflows just keep going on their own and not having to baby sit them has been a big time saver and even though I thought they would crash but they didn't. Support for JumpCloud actually contacts you for assistance (which is unusual as most organization's support teams are "ghost towns") and automates all the tedious tasks, so I never again have to click the same button over and over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive fast and I hate how the user interface freezes up when I have too many windows open and makes me lose my mind. The initial building of the automation was intimidating at first because I thought it was going to be way more complicated than it was. I also dislike that the single sign on functionality between jumpcloud and okta has some serious issues and I find it annoying that it doesn't integrate better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're saving a whole work week each month and as it eliminates much of the nonsense in our saas apps, it helps us handle data loss prevention with advanced automation. Also onboarding new employees no longer is a manual nightmare can be easily automated.
