Issues with compatibility with some of the integration software. Others tools have worked fantastically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issues that we had before this were with worker onboarding and offboarding process. Our IT has a difficult time managing new staff, and sometimes they don't have the correct credential to access the applications that they need. JumpCloud solves this problem quickly.

We are now able to reduce our IT software cost because all the tools that we use for managing passwords, user identity, device management and system insight are stacked on this platform with one price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the software from the mobile interface is not ideal and harder than it should be. The platform community forum wasn't active.

We see cost reduction for our IT tools and better management. The Single Sign-On(SSO) module permits our staff burdenless to remember all different login details for each software.
Perform tasks faster and more securely
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud's ability to configure security settings for remote computers and workstations is extremely useful for IT departments. Developing computer management with the added benefit of Apple MDM control saves time and effort in manually managing users, passwords, software access and more! I've also noticed that creating users for other applications through SSO integration has significantly shortened my user deployment process. JumpCloud does a great job of streamlining this process when it comes to account management, which allows me to pay more attention to projects that require extra focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found JumpCloud's interface to be limiting when it comes to viewing interactions between policies. An accompanying case study describing user and device configurations would have eased the implementation process by providing detailed guidance and visual examples of chronologically arranged account takeover steps. A more detailed explanation could effectively guide users through the process, improving their overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the problem of centralized privilege management with a cloud-based solution that eliminates the hassle of updating software or securing hardware. For me, this means streamlined access control without the added burden of IT and without the headache of security audits.
Powerful Identity Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers tools that facilitate a comprehensive user/identity management solution across organizations. Extensive support for SSO streamlines onboarding and offboarding processes and new features are constantly being added. I appreciate the ongoing, aggressive roadmap for development.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't say that there are any issues that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud ensures that onboarding and offboarding processes are consistent, timely and comprehensive. When critical staff depart an organization, JumpCloud ensures that when access is terminated, all platforms are addressed with one click.
Gain full control with JumpCloud for authorization, authentication, and auditing
What do you like best about the product?
If your organization is no longer managing an on-premises AAA infrastructure, JumpCloud is a great solution to help you regain control of your authorization, authorisation, and auditing (AAA) processes. The open, extensible nature of JumpCloud, which works across systems while being highly available, reduces the effort required to properly maintain AAA setup. In addition, its flexibility with cloud-based applications (SaaS) means end users are not tied to a specific approach from their cloud provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pleased with the mobile friendly website that JumpCloud has, however I find the mobile version of their admin portal difficult and not always user friendly. There are certain features on my iPhone that sometimes get clipped, such as buttons or web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I and my company benefit from JumpCloud's Directory as a Service because it allows us to scale up and down our services quickly and cost-effectively.

Nothing. There's nothing wrong with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supplied helps us access all of our systems without having to memorize a bunch of passwords.
An easy-to-use and highly effective solution
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate that JumpCloud allows me to manage who has access and what activities they can perform on those computers. In addition, its cloud directory service allows for seamless onboarding and de-boarding of employees through its integration with multiple cloud software providers, while granting users only the access they are authorized to have. For businesses concerned about security, an additional layer of protection is available as needed, making this a great option for startups looking for efficiencies in both cost and time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the JumpCloud configuration process can be quite cumbersome, requiring time and effort without providing a satisfactory result. In addition, user reports often lack comprehensive details that would make analysis or verification of specific scenarios much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result of our company's distributed and cloud-based IT infrastructure, I have always struggled to manage it effectively.
