What do you dislike about the product?
- The potential for inefficiency and errors is the barrier of having to push the Command each time we select and unselect machines for updates, installs, uninstalls, and group modifications.
-Pushing the command habitually raises the chance of error. For example, a user might choose the incorrect machine or forget to select a device, resulting in incomplete updates or installations. As a result, devices may become vulnerable to security threats or cease functioning correctly.

Easy to use All-in-One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
what i like best about jumpcloud is how easy to use it is and it's integration process. whether its the integration in the cloud or on premises. servers or endpoints. damn easy to deploy.
when i had no idea what jumplcoud was, even at that time, i was able to easily deploy jumcloud agent in multiple endpoints with single command. and this agent is as versatile as they come, lots of things can be taken care of with just single agent.

Nannyware and Extra Hoops for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
Well, at least it's fast. But otherwise, there is nothing I have to recommend; sorry. The interface is utterly unnecessary, making for an extra hoop for a remote employee to jump through.
What do you dislike about the product?
How do I count the ways? I'm sorry, developers. I'm sure you did a bang-up job. But this kind of nannyware is just a symptom of remote workers not being trusted by management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The so-called "problem" is one of not knowing what remote employees are doing every moment of every day. And no, I am not more productive. It's just an annoyance for the end user.

What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud lacks a few significant features which can make working with it simpler.
Regarding integrations, it supports SAML but not OIDC, as far as I know, which is very nice to have.
They don't have an open API for all their functionality.
They don't have a terraform provider.
From my experience, they don't have all the features needed to become a fully IaaS-compatible system. But I think that their competitor has the same problem
