Excellent sets of tools with helpful support team
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud resolves our authentication problems with users' MFA option. They a few MFA type that we can choose that is compatible with our IT stack system and user preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides from my experience of two years operating this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud mainly handles our user's identities and their choices for the MFA. Some choose to pair it with Google Authentication, and some want to receive the codes thru their mobile carrier SMS service.
Inexpensive solutions for password management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud list of options for protecting, securing and managing workers' passwords and authentication is vast, and we get to choose which security mode we want to apply for our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is as good as more reputable security software. No issues with JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applying password policies throughout all our user groups gives quick and easy changes to the policy. No more time-consuming process of manually editing their password attribution.
Complete packages for access and security management
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers a free account with basic features that are enough for a small organization to operate. For a medium company like us, we can choose the package and add-on for the features that we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a great experience with JumpCloud, and it has nothing that we dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access management allows user to use a core password to access all other application that is integrated with our systems. It has reduced the need to always change or reset the password.
Delightful experience with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is able to be paired with any of the operating systems that we use, especially with the iOS system and Android systems that most of our users use on smartphones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little to none. There are some problems with the pairing of the system and new Android phones, but it wasn't too major for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud operates on cloud-based levels, which means no additional IT devices are needed physically. It reduces the operating cost and saves space that we don't have at our premises.
Fast and easy solutions for identities management
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple choices of features are available to control and manage users' identities and authentication methods. We separate users by group and gives different access level to each group.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud work perfectly with our internal system and has a good integration option. I have no dislike for this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud main function in our system is to improve access security and manage the active directory that controls users' identity and authentication requests to connect to the server.
Modern solutions for access management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful of Jumpcloud is the multi factors authentication that lets the user choose their second layer of security features. They can opt to sms, email or application to receive the OTP code.
What do you dislike about the product?
All features that are available on JumpCloud are helpful, and we have utilized them fully with our security system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password Policy enforcement is making sure all users have a standard security level with their core identity. It is to make sure any breaches or data leaks are prevented on the user level.
Easy to navigate along with the helpful tools
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud interface is one of the simplest that I use, and the navigation between the menus and tools enhances the total experience. The total cost isn't too expensive compared to the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. I have no issues or dislike for the length of using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up for a new user and creating their new identities is easy. No complex procedure. The best thing is that integration with Google Workspace lets us import user data directly from the platform.
The best in active directory user identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Using only one core identity, users can access all the software that we use in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive after many users onboarding the platform. One simple price package would be helpful for our medium-sized organization.

JumpCloud offers total protection for our IT stacking access and makes it simple for users to log in to it.
Easy Way to keep work email safe

The ease of use. Once set up, I simply approve all logins on my phone.

Set up is confusing. It could be easier.

None! JumpCloud is easy to operate and not as expensive as our previous solutions.
