Awesome system to control and manage
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest and fastest way to use. When a someone need to do something like add a new device. Is so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the portal have weird behavior, the most common is when I log in the only information I can see is mine. Even if I select another user or device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and manage the computers and the integration to do the SSO in different sites or applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend use jumpcloud because is a very good and easy software to use. The best part is the SSO integration. You are going to love it

Majority of businesses are Windows based and therefore Active Directory based. Interesting using a non-Active Directory based solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching options for a cloud based solution for a serverless environment.

Simple, Reliable and Feature Rich Directory Solution
What do you like best about the product?
First word that comes to mind is "simplicity". It was simple to understand what services the company offered, what where the terms, how to register, integrate and start using it. It's an universal product, whether you need a simple and quick solution for your business or you have complex requirements. It was dead simple to start using JumpCloud and with zero upfront investment we've got up and running in just one day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there are some missing blocks or small issues, as any service have and more time we will use the service and more we dive in, we may find such issues, but for now, there's nothing we can point on. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are Fintech startup with <10 employees and currently we are going through ISO 27001 certification process. Because of this, we've had to change and re-engineer lot's of things inside the company. One of the most painful parts was implementing directory solution, connecting all our services to the SSO service, ensuring that everyone have relevant permissions and etc. For the company like ours, it's very important to keep costs as low as possible and find the simplest implementation strategy. JumpCloud with free 10 accounts, fantastic support and easy to use platform gave us everything in just a few days.
In just two weeks we've been able to migrate our employees to JumpCloud, connect all the necessary services and get to the point, where our infrastructure, services and workstations are way more protected and in compliance than before. And it's really mind blowing to realize that all this was achieved in just 2-3 weeks, something we never dreamed about.

Don't hesitate, just give it a try, it's very easy to start using the system and play around. Once you get familiar (and it will happen very fast), you will realize that thanks to JumpCloud it's very easy to solve the problems you've had before.

Jumpcloud helps us centralise our authentication and authorization systems reducing our administrative load.

The costs can be high for a nonprofit especially when planning for seasonal changes in the amount of users we have.

Reduces the work required to onboard and offboard employees/volunteers.
I Love JumpCloud, it's easy to use for admins and for end users.

As an admin I love the MDM management capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I dislike it would be the fact that on admin accounts that haven't been logged in recently the password does not update and you have to use the old password.

Employees that leave the company can have their machine wiped remotely.
Great solution for cross platform or as an alternative to Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is an awesome solution for those who want the benefits of a directory without the hassles of Active Directory. It's very easy to set up and configure, and it works across multiple platforms seamlessly. We recommend JumpCloud to all of our clients who are migrating off of local servers. It just makes so much sense.

There's a little bit of a learning curve when moving from Active Directory, but they make it easy overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-platform directory - the integration with Macs is so much easier with JumpCloud.
