Reducing IT stack costing with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
We managed to reduce all the IT stacking software that we use and use this platform as the centralized unit. All the tools that we need, like a password manager and HR directory, are available here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good features and tools that are very helpful are the main reason why we have no issues with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud to solve our IT problems like ID and device management. The fact that everything is offered on the same platform reduces our IT stack costs and makes better software handling.
Efficient Single sign on platform
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud securely manages and connects employee identities to the IT resources we need. Helps with 'Single Sign On' where users can sign in to multiple resources with single passcode generated by Jumpcloud. Mac, Windows and Linux hosts in some specific sub-group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users can experience service issues sometimes because of Downtime from the Jumpcloud end, which affects the business. There is also a concern about high prices in organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated multiple applications with our organisation, and Jumpcloud helps us log in with Single Sign-on so that no password issues occur and we can log in securely and fast.
Automate administrative processes with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
After careful consideration, we chose JumpCloud as the best single sign-on service because of its easy-to-use and unified approach. The amazing SaaS offering allows us to effortlessly manage our server users, patches, configuration security and compliance, while assigning roles and permissions to specific servers. In addition, we are able to monitor packages in use across applications with critical patching solutions that generate access reports along with activity logs related to attacks or configurations - giving us a powerful yet flexible way to maintain control over network operations!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some features in JumpCloud are inconsistent or non-existent. Because of the limited user base, it can also be difficult, if not impossible, to find help on the forums. Usually, I end up scrolling through JumpCloud ads that are vaguely related to my original search terms without actually finding an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies my single sign-on (SSO) process without requiring expensive and time-consuming setup.

Leading software for active directory identity management
What do you like best about the product?
One user can establish one identity that can be used throughout all the applications that our business use without having to worry about different usernames and passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices could be on the higher end for a larger organisation that employs hundreds of workers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary tool that JumpCloud has benefited us is the IT stack. The centralised security and identity allow a simpler organization operation.
Best Two factor Authentication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using JumpCloud as Multifactor Authentication (MFA) at my organization, I usually log in to applications I use as it is a more secure and reliable source, and it gives randomly generated code that lasts for only a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike in JumpCloud; I will use JumpCloud to access any application that belongs to my organization, making it more secure, which is the primary and foremost thing to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my Organization, they've purchased subscriptions to the JumpCloud in bulk so that it can have so many features, not only MFA, but I am using only it as a Single Sign On tool.
Using Jumpcloud is straightforward to setup everything we want.

It is straightforward to implement saml on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found anything that could disturb

It makes everyone use only email to log on to each applications.
Excellent support from JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
The best with JumpCloud is its after-sales support. They are easy to reach and available to help with any problem that we have during the onboarding process to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM system is difficult to set up and needs to invest some time to do it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access management and centralised SSO management have improved how our staff is accessing the application. Now we only need one primary identity that is able to work with all the applications.
Good tools for staff onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is the best software I have used to manage staff identity and access management to date. All resources are controlled by a single system, which improves the onboarding procedure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with compatibility with some of the integration software. Others tools have worked fantastically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issues that we had before this were with worker onboarding and offboarding process. Our IT has a difficult time managing new staff, and sometimes they don't have the correct credential to access the applications that they need. JumpCloud solves this problem quickly.
Amazing integration option list with other software
What do you like best about the product?
Unified user identity from various identity management software and platforms is what I feel the best with JumpCloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perfect software for managing users' and workers' identities. With the easy and straightforward interface, I have nothing to dislike about JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud operates on a website or cloud-based, which is easy to access from any workstation. The flexibility gives me the advantage of maintaining and accessing the platform anytime and anywhere.
