What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, comprehensive feature set, and flexibility. Many features, including multi-factor authentication, LDAP and RADIUS integrations, and device management capabilities, make it a one-stop shop for all identity and access management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may require a bit of a learning curve for those unfamiliar with identity and access management concepts. Pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize user management and access across a range of IT resources. Enhancing security with a range of security features, improving productivity, and helping businesses grow and expand.

What do you like best about the product?
Free for limited users as we get up to speed and learn the product. All features are included.

Also included the MDM so you can keep all endpoint stuff in 1 place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little confusing. For example under a users groups they are all listed. You put check marks against the ones that are required. Not so intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO mainly. We want a single place to manage our users and msg devices and passwords, app access and be able to support them too.

We are more secure I'm sure

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized management for users, computers, policies, SAML, LDAP and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish users could reset their passwords on mac via the system preferences, however the Jumpcloud app works just fine once users know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized user management and LDAP as a service. This helps organize our systems, users.

What do you like best about the product?
Single sign-on for the web applications
Easy to assign applications to the end users
What do you dislike about the product?
Compliance concern compared to some other competitors (for example, Okta)

What do you like best about the product?
I've tested a lot of other MDMs and this is the only one that actually works
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more access to other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before jumpclpud all of our systems were out in a nebulous space and now they are all in one space. This is great for remote work

3 1/2 years with Jumpcloud - My review

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily assign access to multiple devices with a couple clicks. Makes user management easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has gone WAY up. To get barebones is expensive. All features should be separate, so the customer can purchase what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together multiple cloud environments without the need to manage individual accounts on each environment.

JumpCloud has everything to manage you IT stack

  • March 02, 2023

What do you like best about the product?
Central manage all your devices under one platform. MDM, Office 365 AAD sync, BitLocker via policies, update management and more!! Password manager, remote support, too much to name... it's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated pricing, they should stick to bundles instead of add-ons that cost way too much money compared to other solutions on the marker. This is the only bad thing about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-device MDM

I wish I had JumpCloud earlier in my 10+ years consulting

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is one of the easiest ways to get your entire organization on board the 2FA train across all of your platforms. Its power is much greater than it's SSO offering, giving you device insights, package management, single click help desk requests, simple RADIUS deployment, and even cloud based LDAP! It's 10 user trial with zero limits also gave me enough time to plan and test implementation for its featureset. I highly recommend Jumpcloud
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use better real time insights and reporting, possibly an api endpoint for log store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to manage getting users to follow the rules of security across so many cloud based platforms. Being able to manage all credentials from a single cloud that has multiple avenues of 2FA solved this problem. Software provisioning during our onboarding process was also a mess that's been greatly improved with Jumpcloud's package deployment offerings.
