Interesting software with powerful capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Open active directory that able to integrate with many directiory solutions like Google Workplace gives added plus benefit to JumpCloud. Cheap software but providing a great range of IT tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no dislike for JumpCloud. Easy to set up and every tools worked amazingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting priviledge access for a certain group of user can be done easily. Once the setting is done, all users on the group will have the same access to the applicatuon that they are granted.
Solves IT issues with access and authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools are with the MFA, which adds one extra layer of authentication before letting any connection into the system. Even when a user's password and username arere compromised, the MFA option will protect it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike for JumpCloud because I can use the software's premium features without any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing remote support and assistant tools lets me quickly and immediately fix endpoints or devices that are not in the office. It saves time and cost to travel to the device's location.
Inexpensive solutions for access management features
What do you like best about the product?
Settings users' primary identities that will work with all our IT stacking applications. The fast access process is our objective, and JumpCloud managed to provide it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None dislike for this time. We use it as a trial account for the first weeks and subscribe to the account after receiving a good result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that JumpCloud has been able to solve are with the Password Policy and Access management. Forcing all users to abide by the password policy rules is easy and has protected the system.

What do you like best about the product?
For its ease of use and great features, I absolutely love JumpCloud. The cost savings compared to using Active Directory or VPN connections are really impressive, and the included Group Policy feature allows us to control our devices in ways we couldn't before. Using Chocolatey bundles is also pretty straightforward - you can choose pre-packaged sets where available, but if money is tight, it would be better to opt for a pay-as-you-go model instead. And don't worry about jumping right in, a trial period includes ten free accounts, giving you plenty of time to experiment without any pressure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the difficulty I initially encountered in setting up Jumpcloud. Thankfully, they have since made installation much easier by offering the option to install directly from their website instead of requiring a command prompt setup as before. In addition, their customer support is available to help with any initial difficulties, which is very helpful and reassuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have discovered how user-friendly JumpCloud is when it comes to deploying MFA across an organization. I rarely run into problems with this process, and the few issues that do arise can usually be traced directly back to me or a Windows-related bug.
Great solutions for access management and full of resources
What do you like best about the product?
Free account that can support up to 10 users and can use the premium tools without any added charges. Adding a security module like MFA gives more security to the authentication process.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. I had an excellent experience in our IT security after deploying JumpCloud to manage our access management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The MDM assists in securely adding new devices to the system. Conditional access will process the connection request and only allow the safe listed device to connect and log in to the system server.
Easy to handle for IT stacking application
What do you like best about the product?
Effective, easy, centralized IT stacking controller that manages access security for different IT solutions. Combining all the passwords and usernames to use a single primary key to ease access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything that is offered by JumpCloud is valuable, and I have no dislike for its tools. Excellent experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identities management lets our administrator control workers' access and privilege to sensitive software and server. Everything is logged for a better auditing and troubleshooting process.
Resourceful in managing access security
What do you like best about the product?
Adding security features with access security has been one of the best things that I like about JumpCloud. The SSO features let users use core identities to log in to all applications we use for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides or dislikes with JumpCloud. I am delighted with the level of customer support.

Giving personal mobile devices access and pairing authentication helps users to use their own devices with our system. The flexibility enhances the work rate since they can now work from anywhere.
One simple solutions for workers identities management
What do you like best about the product?
Manage and improve access security to our systems by implementing SSO and password policies company wides. Easy integration with CrowdStrike gives better control over the guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that everything has been helpful, and nothing is making me dislike the application.

Access management features that give us easy processes and procedures in allowing and blocklisting IP addresses from connecting to the authentication server. Cheap but powerful IT stacking access management.
An easy-to-use, flexible and efficient management system
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the reliable and convenient nature of Jumpcloud. It is easy to configure users and their access, which makes onboarding easy for both experienced and new users. What sets them apart from the competition is their ongoing commitment to improving system reliability with each release update. When getting started with JumpCloud, new users will appreciate the many tutorials that provide quick guidance on how to get the most out of all the features, as well as the customer support that is always available when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Jumpcloud's lack of a bulk load user feature and its inability to provide broader access features beyond those intended for administrators with billing rights. This limitation weakens our ability to control who receives sensitive invoices, which can lead to unintended parties acquiring confidential information. I believe the platform could provide better options that would mitigate such issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, JumpCloud helps me protect my sensitive data by implementing strong security measures such as strong encryption and multi-factor authentication. This makes it difficult for malicious actors to access confidential information stored on our systems, and protects us from unauthorized activity.

A nice feature called patch management with different kinds of licensing is not included in JumpCloud. I'm also interested in sharing experiences with people in the local market, like engineers.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using JumpCloud for one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I rate JumpCloud a nine out of ten for stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I'm working with smaller companies with around 28 or 50 users using JumpCloud.
How are customer service and support?
We had contacted JumpCloud's technical support once because of a security issue and on another occasion because of a bug in the system. JumpCloud's technical support was very responsive.
How was the initial setup?
There were some difficulties in installing JumpCloud. It took several weeks or months for us to deploy the solution.
What about the implementation team?
We implemented the solution in-house.
What was our ROI?
We have seen an ROI with JumpCloud.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
JumpCloud's monthly license costs around $25 for the complete solution. However, the lower versions' costs start from four dollars onwards based on the kind of functionality you choose. I rate JumpCloud a seven out of ten for pricing.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing JumpCloud, we evaluated the product Slack.
What other advice do I have?
I am using the latest version of JumpCloud. One or two engineers are needed to do the maintenance for JumpCloud. I would recommend JumpCloud to other users.
