Easy logging in with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is secure and brings you to one spot to login to most all of our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Jumpcloud and the SSO/2FA are great ways to protect our login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have most of our work apps and tools setup with JumpCloud SSO and it makes it great for easily logging into our accounts from one spot.

Jumpcloud works well with windows and Mac, used for police and software deployment

Jumpcloud: An amazing resource for your business!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is ideal for those with limited IT resources, providing both comprehensive directory services and powerful systems management tools. The cloud-based solution makes businesses more productive by simplifying user account onboarding, access control policy enforcement and system configuration monitoring. Robust identity provider options are also available to provide secure authentication without complex setup for administrators or users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about JumpCloud, however, is that despite the low cost of entry and relatively good customer support team, it can be time consuming to customise settings to adjust specific user access rules. Also, there are times when the end results of our customisations don't live up to expectations, either due to small mistakes on my part or something software-related that's out of my control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from JumpCloud's problem-solving capabilities because my analytical and collection skills have enabled them to not only identify key issues, but also create processes to help address those challenges.
Used Jumpcloud for MDM and User Provisioning
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the environment was a breeze. The implementation checklist made it easy for other administrators (non-tech folks) to setup devices and manage policy compliance from a central dashboard. I've used Sophos and JAMF before, but Jumpcloud was a lot more intuitive and I really liked how easy it was to get started with
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything at the moment. All the features I needed were available and made it easy when we were improving our security stance. I did get logged out a couple of times, and I don't know if this was because of my inactivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device management and policy compliance management, making it easy to manage all the devices on the network from a single place. Removing users used to be an issue for us but now I'm able to add/remove users with minimal steps

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to consolidate so many different systems into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about Jumpcloud as we just on boarded with them a couple months ago.

We have a mix platform, both windows, and PC, as well as several different compliance needs across the globe.
Reduce operations cost
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud combined all of our IT requirements and tools into one management, thus effectively reducing the monthly cost of different software for different useable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to complain that the customer support care isn't as effective as the software. It was hard to get in touch with them, and it took too long for my tickets to be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved issues with multiple access of one identity of devices but has different sets of passwords. After launching the identity management tools, this problem is solved.
JumpCloud: The ultimate business tool
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a powerful resource that has made managing our systems much easier. We have used it to implement single sign-on credentials and integrate RADIUS authentication for an extra layer of security. What sets JumpCloud apart from other solutions is its native SSO connectors, which streamline the LDAP integration process with popular cloud services like Office 365, Slack and more - freeing up our time to focus on additional projects. In addition, administrative tasks such as asset management and system connectivity are made dramatically easier using Jumpcloud's secure framework combined with its intuitive interface design - making this platform one of our favourites!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I haven't found any elements of JumpCloud that I find unsatisfactory. Although more in-depth tooltips explaining Active Directory and authentication/authorisation principles would be a welcome addition for less experienced users - such as myself - the system is easy to pick up in just 10 minutes if you're new to it, allowing even newcomers to perform basic tasks without any hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has helped me to significantly improve our security measures. By providing an appropriate directory service, we can now ensure that only authorised users have access and can be monitored, regardless of where their devices are located.
JumpCloud: An effective business tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love JumpCloud because it offers the convenience of Google compatibility and makes user management extremely simple. User groups allow me to efficiently control multiple accounts with a single click, while adding value through policies associated with specific user bases. Additionally, LDAP ensures a secure connection wherever you are in the world using public Wi-Fi networks; device rules can also be applied quickly! Not only that, but strong security measures such as IP address authentication increase the overall level of security without any extra effort on my part. Furthermore, their comprehensive Apple hardware management gives them an edge over other services - something I really appreciate as it can be difficult to find quality service for this type of profession! With all these features at hand, having Jumpcloud has made life so much easier - which is why they have become one of my favourite go-to tools today!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that JumpCloud can be a bit overwhelming with the number of windows it has. Also, it's not very clear when password changes are actually made and how user feedback is reflected in the system. There also seems to be no indication that you need to wait for an action to be processed before proceeding; this general lack of clarity leads to confusion in all interactions involving change management within this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, JumpCloud simplifies the management of all my user data. It saves me time and energy that would otherwise be spent on tedious tasks, allowing us to focus our efforts elsewhere.
Easy to use and STELLAR customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive dashboard and set up. Anything I got stuck on their customer support went above and beyond to help me resolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be even better if I didn't have to contact customer support at all!
