Streamlined and Efficient Program

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to install the agent onto the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the agent loses connection, and you have to sign into the local admin and reactivate it. Also, a mobile friendly site would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer had to run any on-site servers to manage our login/profiles

What do you like best about the product?
SUPPORT IS AMAZING, prompt, timely, knowledgable, exceptional Customer Success and coaching!
Simplified SSO and streamlined identity management. Enables great trust amongst our global teams, and we can easily maintain any system remotely and confidently.

Customer for over two years!
What do you dislike about the product?
As Jumpcloud has added $500M+ in funding and has become a much larger organization, the Rev Ops and Customer Success leadership may consider better communications in forced uplifting and bundling changes. Early loyal customers should be able to renew at the same terms, especially if you became a customer when JC was not as large as it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding.
Offboarding.
Hot desk access.
Powerful remote scripting.
MFA.
Visibility of our fleet and the configurations of our PCs.
WIN Patch management.
Most of the features are very useful and powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to bind users to devices
Management of devices. RADIUS server.
Software and Patch Management.
SSO availability with numerous connections
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all credentials under one roof and allows me to push updates and patches to software from one console. The capability to use RADIUS using the same credentials is a benifit.

Branding ability is limited for MSP's deploying it.

Easily the best feature is user provisioning and security on Mac's

What do you like best about the product?
The endpoint security is and SSO option is great for us. It is a cost effective replacement for on premise Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screens could use more filtering options on user groups, device groups and policy and software mgt as having 100s of users and devices makes searching an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to lock out a user as the endpoint in near real time is a tremendous security feature for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used mostly the SSO service. And the intuitive UI makes it easier to manage OIDC clients configurations
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have built framework for different languages for integrating with their OIDC client

Most single signon in different platform and devices

What do you like best about the product?
The main upside is having many of your applications tied into one console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the windows that pop-up for Jumpcloud don't integrate all the time with LastPass password manager
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA is great and the benefit is a more secure environment

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes SSO Easy to deploy, It also makes management of user's in mac only environment easy without needing to add Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud platform is growing, Like most SaaS additional features increase your cost. Support has had it challenges in the past year but has seemed to get better in the past couple months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IAM without a directory. We are Mac only enviroment and needed something to take care of SSO and we did not want to install windows AD

What do you like best about the product?
Jump cloud features a varying array of tools to accomplish a huge number of administrative tasks for managing your infrastructure. It can serve as a direct AD replacement, it features identity management, Device Management, remote control and a host of other fantastic features. The list of what it can do always seems to be growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure for a large group wasn't as inexpensive as I had hoped. It's still a good price for the value it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at jump cloud as it identity management solution. The other features were just a bonus. The fact that you can completely import your existing act, directory domain makes It's super easy to get started.
