Awesome Device & Identity Management Solution.
What do you like best about the product?
using jumpcloud has made identity and device management easy especially across multi OS and Device types. Its easy to setup and can integrate with so many other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. But i'd say i missed the days of direct support from Jump cloud without regional vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump cloud solves a major problem of managing remote users credentials with multiple device types.

Very user friendly with rapid real time support

The admin feature to setup SSO Apps, Users, User Groups and Device Groups!

Getting used to User Group Folders and bounding users.

Eliminates the learning curve for making your company compliant.

ease of use as an administrator, ability to confirm to users on timed scale

inability to reset password, can sent out password reset but cant see a way to reset password to one of our choosing

securing the suers accounts. helping to provide a solution that works for us and for the userbase as well

JumpCloud is designed to address several challenges that organizations face with traditional directory services, such as Windows Active Directory (AD). By providing a cloud-based directory service, JumpCloud solves problems related to the management of user identities, access controls, and device management in a modern, distributed IT environment.

The syncronization between the apps, Customer support and easy to use. Jumpcloud offers many features and integrations.

The filtering and reporting system needs to be better.

Its easy, fast and reliable. The documentation of the processes could be better. But overall, its easy to use and understand.

In the short term of use, I have no query of dislike in this budget.

It solves my single sign-in problem and freely remote support and access management.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud removes traditional barriers of needing complex and expensive IT systems to unify your tech stack or having disjointed and overlapping IT by providing an affordable yet powerful IT operations platform that provides a solid foundation for any business that wants to move their IT into the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some addon features such as password manager and remote assist still need a lot of maturing before they can be considered great alternatives compared to what is already available on the market, however, I am seeing continuous improvements for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud, we had so many different systems to achieve the same functionality but with no visibility of each other the process was complicated and lengthy for our small IT team. JumpCloud saves us time by centralising our core tech stack and gives us great visibility into threats and shadow IT that was hard to manage.
