What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud, managing users, devices, and access was fragmented across multiple tools, leading to inefficiencies and security gaps. JumpCloud has unified everything into a single platform—allowing us to centrally manage identities, enforce security policies, and integrate SSO for our applications. This has significantly reduced password-related issues, streamlined onboarding/offboarding, and improved compliance. The cloud-based approach also means we can manage our environment from anywhere without the cost and complexity of on-premise infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage everything we *should* need to in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations break all the time. Mac OS password sharing almost never works, causes frequent lockout. Provisioning new Mac OS clients is a chore and is issue prone, requiring caps-sensitive username matching to successfully register. Locking Mac OS devices has on numerous occasions caused devices to be locked out and need recovery via configurator. SCIM integrations break without warning, had several SaaS apps fail to deprovision users. No warning is given when integrations break.
