All Instances in one Go! Best SaaS service ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of jumpcloud is that, Now I can manage all my remote server instances in a single place, Administer them and control them at ease. Installation and configuration made easy within this single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till date I have not found any issues with jumpcloud services. Everything seems working fine under chrome and firefox web browsers. Still its under implementation for my personal projects and I think it completely bugfree awesome platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote device/Linux/Windows Instances configuration, Installation, Network security parameters configurations, IAM services provisioning across my organisation etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Well designed admin interface, good documentation, easy to get up and running quickly. Free tier is actually useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Arguably tries to do too much. MDM is limited and cannot hope to compete with a dedicated tool like Jamf or Mosyle. Range of prebuilt SSO applications not as big as Okta. Would be nice if the Mac agent allowed some customisation of the login process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily implementing SSO for SaaS apps.

So far my dislikes are not many. Jumpcloud does what we need it to do.

JumpCloud has solved our MDM issues and put all of our cloud and other apps on SSO.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to manage All applications in one place. Helps to manage the security of all the applications in one place. Best UI experience. Easy to manage multiple tasks. Great user interface easy to know every feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes works slowly while using. We can see login delays during login from SSO. Buggy while clicking on some of the functionality, which is the great downside of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use all the Important applications and manage it provide by the company in a single place does not need to go to a single website individually. The benefit of using this app acts as a time saver and can SSO to applications which we want to use.

For our organization, the best thing is user control and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. If i find something that is not good i will report it.

User control and managment. It's making our company more secure and protected.

I like that this application works with RADIUS environments but I still have not got this to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The guidance and support I have received has not been notable

It would assist me with our Apple laptops and desktop use AD credentials for logins instead of having to bind them to our domain (when we get it working)

We were looking for a Post AD Environment and found it at jumpcloud

the fact almost any thing can be used with it was a huge advantage as we have laptops and servers on all kinds of OS

just the command structure been quite easy to tag the wrong assets but will work around it

post AD environment giving us Azure like features with out the microsoft headaches

What do you like best about the product?
Best alternate to active directory, for admins easy to integrate, for users easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user portal needs to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the complex ecosystem of various SAS products and endpoint authentication, JC provides a single service of IAM supporting SSO, Radius, LDAP everything which gets integrated with IT Infra so easily.
Not perfect - But good
What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like the most is that the service generally works the way that it's designed and it's fairly easy to navigate thru the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hit or miss when it comes to managing macs. We only have a few in our environment and they are always the machines having issues. I'm also not crazy about how they keep adding features, when I wish that they would expand on some that they already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for the active directory account function as we do not have an ad server. This is fairly simple to keep up and we don't have to maintain a server.
