Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
GUI is user friendly. Options are easily available.

Best windows MDM experience
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes it incredibly easy to deploy Windows Devices. I can have machines ready with device groups, application deployments, and policy groups in a few clicks. In addition to this, they have a plethora of premade policies to deploy and add to policy groups without having to custom script them yourselves. I have used it at more than one organization, and would happily choose to again.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Jumpcloud, I cannot use Google SSO as an IDP. This leaves us in a predicament where we have to have Jumpcloud manage the computer password and the user's Google Password. Therefore, Windows users can change their google password and become out of sync from Jumpcloud. This is not a problem with Okta, as okta is allowed to be an IDP. I'd rather not rip out my existing SSO, or purchase a new one to have a clean password experience for our end-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows devices are the minority in our organization. However, they took the most time to onboard one with all our manual touchpoints. Furhtermore, once released the device to the end-user, we could not deploy any remote functions. We now have complete control and the ability to run remote commands to fill the gaps.

The set up instructions are clear and suppo is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish thr MDM for iOS had more granular controls like JAMF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to replace several unconnected user management products into one simple solution.
The "Jump" from Microsoft
What do you like best about the product?
We are a school district that was tired of being controlled by Microsoft updates. We switch over to JumpCloud and haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't enjoyed the paid support for our initial setup. Instead of live help, was given articles to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer run Microsft domain controllers on our network and don't have to worry about what update is going to crash our system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very easy to use and all our staff at Synergy love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can lock people out of their account but we are trying to figure out if that might be a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is helping keep our gmail logins secure! WOAH!!!
Excellent software. Well thought through and engineered. Very easy to use.

Control over the endpoint. I can grant admin access dynamically to users.

Patching is still a little difficult to use.

Love how easy it is to manage the IT access in one place and served very well during year end audit

Nothing I can think of now. It meets our startup needs and easy to use.

JumpCloud is really easy to configure. The security features it adds are a must-have for any workforce that is distributed.

Cost is higher than I feel it should be.

JumpCloud is helping us have consistent authentication not only for our in-office staff but also for our remote and travelling workers.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes it easy to have one password without comprimising security .

I understand that jumpcloud is very secure but sometimes it can be annoying using the authenticator app multiple times a day when being logged out

Jumpcloud helps to keep all of my work information/log-ins secure
Simple, effective and easy to maintain
What do you like best about the product?
Cross platform adaptivity: We have several flavors of OS's with different versions each - JumpCloud was easily installed on the different machines with relatively easy custom configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tad on the expensive side for SSO integration. We have several apps that already link to our Google SSO, but they're usually included in the basic paid version of the service we use. No so for jumpcloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM solution. We need a single solution to maintain disk encryption, signin-restrictions, remote control/access/wipe/lock capability, and single page to view all corporate machine status.
