What do you like best about the product?
The UI/Interface is excellent and user-friendly. Any questions on usage are easily found on forums or through support. Would highly recommend to other buisnesses
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is something I dislike. I have used lots of different platforms and don't have anything negative to say about Jumpcloud in particular really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud allows us to lock down our devices and truly know that they are secure. The Cloud Directory Services are also great when onboarding new users and upkeep of current ones.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very straightforward and easy to use. I always wondered why there's no vendor out there to fill in the gap where SMB only need minimal IT support. JumpCloud is the perfect fit. Now I only spend 5 minutes every month on IT support. this is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! Jumpcloud is very easy to use! You just need to know a little bit about IT and then you will be fine, also the support is really good! emailing with them sounds like a real time chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 10 computers that I need manage in our office and JumpCloud made it a breeze. very simple UI and really helpful tutorials! and the support is really good!

What do you like best about the product?
Feature rich. We came in only needing a cloud directory service, came out with many solutions that were able to replace and introduce new solutions for the staff
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple features were a bit half baked, but frankly i didnt 'need' those, they were added value to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google shop that was struggling to tie all services together into a single directory for IAM management, on/offboarding etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud sales and onboarding process was easy to comprehend. I still use the KB when I am trying to troubleshoot issues
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is not what I was looking for. A la carte pricing put it more expensive than more feature rich options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM

JumpCloud: Perfect for my needs

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find JumpCloud's multi-platform support to be one of its most useful features - it allows me to manage Mac, Linux and Windows devices with ease. The ability to choose an alternative user database to import users from systems such as O365 into my network is also a great time saver. I'm also impressed with the built-in scripting capabilities; this feature alone has reduced the RMM workload within our organisation. Finally, with the recent introduction of the Apple Mobile Device Manager, the benefits are even greater, adding even more value when used in conjunction with other management tools available on the market today!
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate that the backup team is open to implementing new improvements, but there are still areas of JumpCloud that need improvement. These include adding the ability to move devices between different groups, better Android compatibility, having built-in rules which would then allow better leverage of responsibilities and privileges on their dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using JumpCloud, I can easily and securely manage authentication for all my on-premises and cloud resources. It simplifies the process of authenticating users across multiple sources by eliminating the manual configuration required with traditional directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
