Its been a somewhat smooth ride

What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP, easy deployment and tenanted admin portal are highlights of the product. Independent enforcement of MFA on user accounts and on devices is also a welcome addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with M365 directory requires a renewal of the connection between the two services every couple of months. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to automate that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're leveraging Jumpcloud to give clients a robust cloud-based directory service option that doesn't require an investment in the Microsoft or Google ecosystems.
Cloud based ldap system
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage all computers from one place.I can take the security measures I want.I can make settings from a single point without user hassle.I can format remotely.I can ensure that the programs that need to be installed are installed from a single point. The fact that the system is cloud does not require me to set any additional resources. I don't need vpn because it is cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jumpcloud administrator environment does not have a mobile app. I have a hard time looking when I'm not at the computer. It would be great if it had a mobile app.Other than that it's a very good program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the mistakes that users can make. I save time because it allows me to quickly set and install the programs I will install. Possibility and possibility of management from one place.
Good balance between features and simplicity

Simple interface, most of the required features.

Pricing could be a little lower for the complete suite of tools

I like that it requires no physical server

User tends to have issues resetting their own passwords.

Great platform with room for improvement in setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the available features within Jumpcloud. The platform is fairly robust compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup steps are unclear when attempting to manage setup on your own without their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving remote device management. I am able to manage policies on employees' company-owned devices which is great.
Make Active Directory management easier
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of administering an active directory without hassle, and support for rolling back for if need be for changes
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to automatically withdraw Sudo access from the user after being manually assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active Directory administration and command upon to easily manage devices by just running code (Powershell)

Being able to do IdP, SSO, and Device Management in one place

Some of the policies and things don't apply automatically to the device. Software install doesn't work all the time

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up users on the platform. The user is able to log in immediately after the setup is complete. Setting a lock date for an account of a user makes it easy to manage multiple users whose contracts are about to expire. It is very simple for first time users and they also have a learning section whereby they provide learning materials for various things to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jumpcloud agent on the laptops at times usually does not automatically run. This makes it quite difficult/ cumbersome for users to change their password and also enforce password policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the organization's users, and enforcing password policies. We are able to have peace of mind knowing that users will be changing their passwords as per the organization's policy
Effortless SSO Integration and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how JumpCloud provides all enterprise logins in one place with SSO, giving me control of the access. I appreciate the clear communication and support offered by JumpCloud, and the interconnectivity works great. It helps to have both Windows and Apple fleets in one place, and the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple integration, but it's an Apple problem. Keeping aligned with new Apple upgrades could be improved.

I use JumpCloud to manage SSO for enterprise logins in one place, control access, and manage Windows and Apple fleets together.
