JumpCloud makes my user monitoring and management options simpler
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time to solve problems for users, such as user lockouts or forgotten passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not yet have all the features necessary for technicians to monitor users to the end (remote takeover, for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moves most of the passwords problems to the users
Easy to install, Remote AD, Excellent for Mac

You can have control in mac devices, the installation process is easy.

Some features are too basic and sometimes require an extra license.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease within the JumpCloud UI and the ability to manage both users and the devices attached seamlessly compared to alternatives used in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I can tell, I cannot change the appearance or theme, I'd quite like to have a dark theme, although I could be missing this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely setup new users onto a PC, implement and alter policies added with ease through the UI. Overall, it's best for just managing our users in an effective manner

What do you like best about the product?
JumCloud has been a differentiator for our clients when it comes to supporting Mac shops - easy to deploy, great tools & sleak interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment - it's been a great tool for us.

Managed of Apple products - remote access, patching, SSO, policies & so much more.

Can easily review all my users, on what devices they're on and when.
Makes it a breeze to delete a user that's leaving the company and register a new employee.

What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from a local office AD we had was a little troublesome but aside from that the rest of the process was a breeze.
Because our office had a local DC server onboarding wasn't as easy and it was troublesome to get all the user information from there to JumpCloud
Administrator and user accounts are separately making it a bit of a hassle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us greatly becoming ISOdevice compliant and regarding removing and adding new employees as well as keeping track of all users, licenses and devices we have here.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with all the best practice tools at your fingertips. I also take advantage of the TAM professional services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say on this matter. As my team gets more familiar with using Jump Cloud there is less downtime for our IT Assets so nothing to dislike

Having the option to leverage theTAM / Professional services has cleared a lot of issues with augmenting my IT Team gaps in using Jump Cloud effectively.
Great product that can give competitors a fight
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is intuitive, sleek and well-designed MDM Software that works great with different endpoints such as MacOS and Windows.

We had some issues with user activation, but nothing we can overcome with. other than that i have not really any dislikes about this product.

Tech Management made easy. period.
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it incredibly easy to use for the average user. But the learning tutorials, help center and support provide you with all the knowledge, and confidence, for you to operate on your own. No need to call the IT guy, you can do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It's been working flawlessly since deployed at my company. I have not taken advantage of every single feature available so it's hard to pin point a negative yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device management has been extremely beneficial. The Mac/PC dual management in one-system was the main deciding factor in using Jumpcloud. We were running Apple Business Essentials, for Mac only and neglecting our PC oversight. JumpCloud solved that.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still incorporating a lot of the tolls and resources that JumpCloud has to offer. So far the ease of implementing them has made our job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is when the end user does not have internet access and they can't verify their login if they don't have TOTP enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us with an attentive to AD. By utilizing all of the resources it's making our jobs as admins easier.
It' a great envinrolment to manager users and devices.

Integration with users, devices and the possibility to manage admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I disable a user in G Workspace it doesn't disable in Jumpcloud, so I have to disable in both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me to manage the device in an Active Directory on the cloud.
