Easy to set up and use cloud AD solution
What do you like best about the product?
As an SSO beginner, it was extremely intuitive for setting up a test environment to see whether or not the product was worth deploying companywide. I thought the pricing was fair and the out of the box integrations covered almost everything we needed. It synced immediately to our already established Azure AD environment and from there it was off to the races. Even though we ultimately did not end deploying it, the experience was worthwhile. If the accounting department didn't get in the way, we would probably be using jumpcloud right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike from the higherups was the cost for our small-medium size company. The benefits (to them) did not outweigh the costs so we, unfortunately, had to pass on using it. At this point, we are firmly established with an alternate solution but in the short time I did get to test out jumpcloud it was great to use. Maybe scaling up the amount of free users to 20 would be helpful but as is I also think is fair. Not too many negative things to say in the short time I was testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The large benefit for me was the SSO integration that was much easier to set up than using Azures built in SSO solution. As mentioned before, if it were up to me this is the solution we would have gone with.
Awesome Tool That Not Many Know About
What do you like best about the product?
The patch management feature is super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing to get used to and their support emails you a hundred times to try and help, but doesn't follow through when you accept

Patch Management for our devices
Please add a search feature
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient to not have to remember 800 passwords and user names for all of the tools I use on a daily basis. As an admin, it does make keeping user accounts cleaned up pretty easy. It's actually pretty solid for this - when we onboard or offboard someone, the process is mostly in one location. This also helps ensure that all users are using SSO for all the products we have under JumpCloud
What do you dislike about the product?
The #1 issue with JumpCloud is the lack of a search bar - or any sorting functionality. I have to scroll through multiple pages of applications (or use control + f) to find what I need. This is very irritating for multiple reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously - the best part about JumpCloud is not having to remember a ton of logins to get into all my accounts. I use a lot of accounts on a daily basis. It also helps tremendously for administrative tasks. Adding and removing users from a slew of tools is very convenient.
Rapid deployment options
What do you like best about the product?
Since many SysAdmins these days need a cloud or hybrid style directory structure, JumpCloud does a great job of getting all users in one easy to set up and manage interface.
The feature set is very robust and the free trial to kick the tires is adequate for accomplishing many goals for an enterprise.

What do you dislike about the product?
The SAML documentation for assertion and request signing could use a few tweaks for being more clear about SAML security offerings.

SSO for signing in to a test Duo Administrator panel.
WI Jumpcloud Rollout
What do you like best about the product?
App works great, the roll out was smooth, having a bonus device tracking solution is great too

App can be finnicky and version issues can result in headaches and users getting locked out

It is great for managing our users passwords, syncing to all devices, and for forcing password changes and enabling MFA on our VPN

An Excellent option for IdP and SSO!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using jumpcloud because of how easy it is to use as an admin! I also love how the platform supports both windows and Mac computers! Because jumpcloud uses SAML 2.0, we can integrate nearly all of our saas platforms using SSO!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we have experienced with Jumpcloud is we often have issues with MFA. Our users are using Jumpcloud Protect and the push notifications are sometimes delayed or don't comw through at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use several saas platforms and being able to integrate sso into most of those really provides a nice experience for our end users! They are able to access all of their apps from one portal!
Great service for the small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the service, were you do not need to purchase additional Active directory services and can link various Operating Systems all under one infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike especially if your company uses a mix of Mac and Windows systems or even Linux
