JumpCloud - real gem

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the platform support of Linux, MacOs and Windows. Also the iOS support is a great option which I will check very soon. I'm glad that the Google Workspaces integration works perfect for the admin needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to reply on this question except the additional need of Apple Management certificate, I'm sure that this will not be the case for the near future when Jumpcloud improves its systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit from my point of view is the Endpoint Device Managem system which allows remote administration not only for the business but also for personal needs its great!

Very good & convenient and has an easy interface and good support, and easy to install and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users had weird bugs in their first login.

Increasing security and device management witout a physical server

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about JumpCloud is the seamless setting up of Apple devices and being able to push out policies and commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
That managing Windows machines are not as easy as managing Apple computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use.
Within the first day of the trial we already managed to connect devices (linux, windows and mac), setup SSO for all of our critical services, apply custom device policies, and integrate with our logging stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Registerging Mac devices is a bit tedious (at least compared to Linux/Windows)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central user management, simplified.
Employees Offboarding/Onboarding, devices monitoring, SSO - everything is simply easier now.

What do you like best about the product?
Patch management for MacBook and user management
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have much function on JumpCloud's password manager compare to other vendors. Though look forward to the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile Device management for our MacBook helps us to manage the devices properly. Patch management gives us easy implementations on deploying OS patch to staff Macs

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to install the agent onto the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the agent loses connection, and you have to sign into the local admin and reactivate it. Also, a mobile friendly site would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer had to run any on-site servers to manage our login/profiles

What do you like best about the product?
SUPPORT IS AMAZING, prompt, timely, knowledgable, exceptional Customer Success and coaching!
Simplified SSO and streamlined identity management. Enables great trust amongst our global teams, and we can easily maintain any system remotely and confidently.

Customer for over two years!
What do you dislike about the product?
As Jumpcloud has added $500M+ in funding and has become a much larger organization, the Rev Ops and Customer Success leadership may consider better communications in forced uplifting and bundling changes. Early loyal customers should be able to renew at the same terms, especially if you became a customer when JC was not as large as it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding.
Offboarding.
Hot desk access.
Powerful remote scripting.
MFA.
Visibility of our fleet and the configurations of our PCs.
WIN Patch management.
Most of the features are very useful and powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to bind users to devices
Management of devices. RADIUS server.
Software and Patch Management.
SSO availability with numerous connections
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all credentials under one roof and allows me to push updates and patches to software from one console. The capability to use RADIUS using the same credentials is a benifit.

Easily the best feature is user provisioning and security on Mac's

What do you like best about the product?
The endpoint security is and SSO option is great for us. It is a cost effective replacement for on premise Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screens could use more filtering options on user groups, device groups and policy and software mgt as having 100s of users and devices makes searching an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to lock out a user as the endpoint in near real time is a tremendous security feature for us.
