What do you like best about the product?
The jumpcloud agent deployment is seamless. You can take over any account out there and there is a ton of information available to assist you with provisioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, this is a new product that my team has never used, so the tooling is new. Its free education offered by jumpcloud which makes the burden less cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to steer clear of active directory and try another computer management system. Jumpcloud gave us the ability to control devices, set up groups for policy management, and gave us a better access management story.

Works great on all of the platform: Linux, Windows and Mac!

Some policies are not alerting as wanted (encryption on mac works great but without alert)

It lacks features, security and ease of use when compared to a properly set up Microsoft Intune environment.

It actually created problems for a growing organisation as it was a pain to migrate away from.

The front-end looks oldest and in my opinion needs an upgrade.

We use jumpcloud MDM to inventory all workstations.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy registration and deployments. Profile ingestion is simple and quick. The product just works for a mixed environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that profile ingestion is automatic and takes place at installation.

JC is saving so much time deploying for a completely remote mixed environment of Windows and Mac laptops and seamless profile ingestion has been tremendous.
Easily migrated our user base over!
What do you like best about the product?
Working in the K-8 space, sometimes conversions like this take time and are added stressors at the end of the school year. Not the case with Jump Cloud! Worked quickly and efficiently! Support was excellent the couple of times we needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind as major cons. Really looking forward to our continued partnership with the JumpCloud team!

Jump cloud identityOS controlling Wifi, remote access, scoping applications to faculty and student machines.
Best and Easiest Way to Manage User Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has been a game-changer for me. For one client I managed 20 computers with 20 or so users and always growing. Being able to sync users with google and assign them right after that is amazing. It takes 5 min and I've added them to the system, sent an auto-invite to create a password, and assigned them to several devices. Group policies have been super useful as well. I use JumpCloud with NinjaOne and have everything I need to manage everything remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say that I dislike. I haven't run into in problems or constraints yet. New features are always being added and I've only touched the tip of the iceberg. Highly recommend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely Managing User accounts on several PCs and syncing them with Google email accounts. Saves me so much time and the process is really simple. I have multiple clients and JumpCloud make it easy to manage all of the accounts and devices remotely. Also, worth noting how easy it is to enforce password policies and scheduled resets. Love it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. Try it out and should instantly see how useful it is.

How user friendly it is. I was able to fully understand it during the university courses

Onboarding one by one and making sure people remember their login

Being able to connect gmail with their account

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's very easy to learn and setup, I appreciate the diversity of the policies and the ability to use it with Windows/Mac and Mobile. Very good software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much not to like. I would have liked some more customization of user signatures and the ability to push iOS updates through the software. Otherwise it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has allowed me, a lone I.T. guy to remotely control company laptops. As everyone works from home, it is incredibly useful. Prior I had no control over the local users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy to use way to manage devices remotely, this is the software!
