Best IT solution for small companies

Affordable IT solution, with lot of automation. Easily managable, saves a lot of times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent Installation is clunky sometimes, could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing IT, remote management of computers.
Pretty good usability and functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of options of what to configure, by that I mean devices, users, groups, options for SSO, commands and so on. The documentation is pretty well maintained too, so configuring and implementing new features for our use case has been great and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interfaces has a lot of things kind of hidden behind buttons that I consider not necessary. For example, when checking devices inside a device group the need to check "show bound Devices" is redundant an unnecessary, by default should show the added devices and then if I want to select a new one I should uncheck the box and search for that one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the increasing amount of users and devices in our company, centralizing users for SSO in out internal apps and security compliance.

Cross OS comptability. MDM is solid for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The testing on the OS and the integration with the Apple OS.

Cross domain management
Security First
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud allowed us to take a startup and apply policies and procedures, Manage Software and MFA. The learning period was very short. Having a single UI to manage so many aspects of IT was refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud is always improving and adding value, at times it is difficult to keep up with the improvements to their offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows you to supply so many products in one UI, unlike M$, you don't have to buy multiple products to secure your environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy JumpCloud was to setup and how helpful and accommodating the staff were
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't make it obvious enough that for MacOS you'd need to integrate with Apple MDM and obtain a DUNS number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything about MDM JumpCloud solved
Centralized Identity & Device Management That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud makes it incredibly easy to manage user identities, devices, and access across multiple platforms from one place. Its cloud-based directory eliminates the need for on-premise Active Directory, which has been a huge time-saver. The integration options with SSO, MFA, and device management are intuitive, and the admin interface is clean and easy to navigate. Having cross-platform support for macOS, Windows, and Linux in the same tool is a major advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, some features still feel like they’re evolving. The policy configuration options could be more granular in certain areas, and device agent updates can sometimes require more manual intervention than expected. The MDM functionality is strong but not as fully featured as some dedicated MDM tools. Pricing can also add up as you scale, especially if you need advanced features across all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has allowed us to centralize identity and device management in a single, cloud-based platform. Before adopting it, we were juggling multiple tools to manage user accounts, enforce security policies, and maintain compliance across macOS, Windows, and Linux devices. Now, we can provision and deprovision users quickly, apply consistent security policies, and integrate with our SSO and MFA workflows seamlessly.
This has reduced onboarding and offboarding time, lowered the risk of forgotten accounts, and improved overall security posture. The unified directory has eliminated the need for on-prem infrastructure like Active Directory, giving us more flexibility for remote work. Compliance audits are now faster because all activity logs, device statuses, and access controls are in one place.
