wonderful experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
I liked user account management and Jumpcloud allows end customers to modify password themselves, and the ability to remove someones device access immediately. It has great features and OS support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike as far as I used it but Multi-factor Authentication is limited it could get better. The installation part can get better, Less features in linux.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great option to go serverless and avoid using Azure Active Domain, but include your MacOS devices, and seamlessly manage users and devices across both Windows and Mac OS.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It runs smoothly on the machine, doesn't take much ram or processing power, very easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that there's no Google or Microsoft Multi-factor Authentication possibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a user of Jumpcloud, but mainly the leantech is using JumpCloud to Administer our team laptops, I also personally use it to have access to environments with a single sign on!
Best Authentication at reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable factor that attracted me was its authentication at this reasonable rate. Mainly tools that I used were cloud directory and SSO. While comparing Jumpcloud provides the best interface and mentioned features at a cheaper rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem I felt was a lack of proper service support. I couldn't find any problem in the jump cloud. I the service is also made perfect then Jump cloud will be a perfect competitor to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried single sign On using JumpCloud and that made me surprisingly helpful for authentication. This made my work easier and my productivity increased. The cheap rate made it more helpful.
Easy to setup, free to start, completely self service
What do you like best about the product?
Free to start, no interaction with sales required, completely self service, and their online guides were quite helpful and direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of group setup and working with SSO applications were a bit confusing.

We used JumpCloud on the engineering side to test out various SSO solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is best when we use Gsuite and linux Servers, I like it's compatibility over other services. And the best and affordable price range. Also it's more powerful for our needs in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect some little changes in the UI so that users and administration can easily flow through it. Working with it is fine but user experience can be imrpoved. Make it better

We have more than 300 employees in our organization and was looking for a better centralized password system. And there we got JumpCloud and it's amazing. Now we are doing well.
A positive experience, and solid security upgrade for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I'm finding that Jumpcloud gives us an easy way to view and manage our computers for a team without a dedicated IT staff. We're small enough that we need the security of a managed network of remote workers, but without the internal expertise of managing ActiveDirectory. This is a good option for us to keep this inhouse while minimizing expensive hires or consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started is challenging for a team without IT professionals - there is a steep learning curve. We did have to bring in a consultant to help us set it up. But once the set up happened, we were able to manage it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security. It gives us the ability to control how our employees use their computers, to centralize our technology policies, be able to lock out or wipe remote computers easily. In short, this is an important piece of our security protocol.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great service and a good value. If you're not a techie, I do think you need to jump in knowing that there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is 100% cloud based and services are so secured. I appreciate their API automation and tools in it, which is very useful for everyone who seek thier service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes regarding their service and if they improve thier services again, it will be better and awful. Till now they are not compromising their security of directories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need 100% assured security network authentication and cloud directory service for my business and they are providing it for me without any compromising services. So now l am completely satisfied.
A different view on virtual administration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jump cloud is it's stability as well as the completeness. Another thing to be appreciated is that the directory services with a reliable back up. Among the competitors jump cloud stands apart due to the UI as well as the marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I noticed is that the lack of speed while accessing the cloud. Everything works pretty well but the speed as well as some tools takes a little bit of extra time for the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work delegations are done through jump cloud. Financially I haven't had any profits since I haven't monetised my product yet. But I'm so sure that jump cloud will clearly an economic way of virtual administration
