Easy to use - responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to set RBAC and the ease of use of setting up SSO. Every time I have logged a support case it has been dealt with so quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. The new features are going to be well receieved

RBAC - helps to prevent access when people leave
AD - allows us to maitain those users
MDM - ensures that lost equipment cannot be used to gain access. And means we can apply policies

A great product with a lot of options
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't need a local server or Active Directory
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and i need to wait like 5 min

What do you like best about the product?
After integrating our organization with JumpCloud in early 2023, the ease of user onboarding and support has been night and day as compared to the archaic system we were previously using. I would recommend JumpCloud to any team or organization that prioritizes workflows and productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Since moving to the platform with JumpCloud our company has shown massive improvements in the streamlining of our user onboarding and day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has solved issues with a myriad of issues for our organization. SSO, has had the most immediately noted effect as the number of requests for password resets to our IT team has been severely diminished

The management of offboarded users in JumpCloud, noting that suspended users still require a license, which can lead to unnecessary billing. Additionally, there seems to be a desire for more flexibility in license types to accommodate different user categories such as guests, frontline workers, and contractors. This feedback suggests a need for a more nuanced approach to user management and billing structures to cater to diverse organizational requirements

It benefits users by providing a unified platform for directory services, device management, and identity access management. What do you like best about the product?
Easy centralized user management, the security features such as MFA are great
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Jumcpcloud pricing to be a little extra as compared to other products in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given we manage so many users and devices, the granularity Jumpcloud offers makes it easy to segregate users at group and device permission levels
Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has mad my life as the IT Admin of a small accoutning firm much more simplistic in my day to day management. I love the fact that the platform includes Remote Desktop support, which normally costs an arm and a leg.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this point in my use of JumpCloud, I have not found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one, it has allowed me to manage all the PC devices on my network without having to use a third party remote software. JumpCloud has also allowed me to start utilizing remote commands for issues like restarting a computer each day.

Seamless oauth2 and saml integration. Easy to setup with many application

The lack of filter of group on application . And streaming log integration to s3 bucket

Sso om many 3rd parties and internal apps . Also MDM on linux is huge advantage. Jumpcloud all in one solution sso and mdm is nice
Super powerful and easy to deploy.
What do you like best about the product?
We switched over from MDM that we had been using for 9+ years and found the transition to JumpCloud to be super smooth. From the onboarding meetings, to the configuration deployments, to the day to day management we are so pleased we made the move to JumpCloud. Highly recommened.

Honestly, our only regret is that we didn't deploy JumpCloud to our students, too!

JumpCloud is a key central management solution- it allows for seemless password and identity management across our full organizational stack.
Excellent Product for mixed OS Environments!
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has been an excellent product for providing SSO and MDM in our mixed Windows/Linux/macOS environment. We have several subsidiaries with IT Staff who have found it simple to deploy and straightforward to manage post-rollout. Our users are happy with the integration and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many negatives to report. Our environment is a unique use case. Jumpcloud support has been extremely responsive to our support requests!

Jumpcloud provides a single platform for cloud directory services, SSO, and MDM for our mixed OS environment.
Great Cloud Directory tool for Macos!
What do you like best about the product?
Setup and implentation was quite simple!
Easy to use and create users/groups. Can manage devices, users and more all in one portal. Support is quick and prompt as well.

Not many dislikes as of right now. Only that there isn't many integrations for 3rd party tools.
