Very Impressive MDM Offering
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is incredibly feature-rich and easy to use. It was a breeze to get the Macs and Windows machines added to the MDM platform. Nearly every policy that one would need to to be SOC2 certified is there.

Using for password access of system
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Jumpcloud at ProvarTesting for system access and password management of the system. It stores our passwords on clouds and if we change it will update it on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the system is not connected with the network then it will not reflect changes on the system. So users can log in to the system using old passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers a versatile interface, responsive support, and they embrace automation. I have used the policies feature to help manage Windows and MacOS. I deploy scripts using JumpCloud extensively, and they offer their own for different actions via GitHub. Various multi-factor authentication methods are supported, which I have used to further secure user VPN connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing scripts via the "Commands" window could use some fine-tuning. It can prove difficult to manage many at once or make bulk edits, for example.

Secure VPN connections are a must for any business, no matter the size, and JumpCloud offers an easy solution with TOTP and RADIUS support.
